20240058985 · 2024-02-22 ·

A mold tool includes: a first tool part and a second tool part that works together with the first tool part. In the closed state, the two tool parts are moved toward one another, and in the open state, the two tool parts are moved away from one another. The mold tool also includes a first mold half in the first tool part and a second mold half in the second tool part. The two mold halves reshape the sheet of material, arranged between the two tool parts, into at least one three-dimensional article when the two tool parts are moved toward one another. The mold tool also includes a cutting device including at least one cutting element and at least one actuating device. The actuating device extends the cutting element in the direction of the sheet of material, to cut the sheet of material.

Molded article provided with a resin part

Examples described herein relate to a molded article provided with a resin part formed with a polyolefin resin composite material, the polyolefin resin composite material containing a polyolefin resin and 10 to 150 parts by mass of cellulose based on 100 parts by mass of the polyolefin resin, wherein an area of an aggregate of the cellulose is less than 20,000 m.sup.2.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A FIBROUS MATERIAL WEB IN A PAPERMAKING MACHINE

A device and a method for the production of a fiber mat is suitable in particular for use in the production of packaging board or fibrous construction elements, from a fibrous source material. The method includes providing the fibrous source material, low-water processing of the fibrous source material in an airflow into raw material including individual fibers and/or fiber bundles, forming of the individual fibers and/or fiber bundles in the airflow by a dry forming method into a fiber mat in such a way that a spatial or three-dimensional structure is formed by the fiber mat and consolidation of the formed fiber mat. The specific volume of the fiber mat is greater than 1.6 cm.sup.3/g, in particular greater than 2 cm.sup.3/g, preferably greater than 3 cm.sup.3/g, and the fiber mat thickness 1 mm, in particular 1.5 mm, preferably 2 mm.

TREE SHELTER
20240107955 · 2024-04-04 · ·

A method of making tree shelters comprises mixing a soil biodegradable resin with wood particles, extruding the resulting mixture through an annular die to form a tube, allowing the resin to cure, and then cutting the extruded tube into predetermined lengths to form tree shelters.
