METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A CELLULOSE PRODUCT BY A PRESSURE MOLDING APPARATUS, PRESSURE MOULDING APPARATUS AND CELLULOSE
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a cellulose product having a flat or non-flat product shape by a pressure moulding apparatus comprising a forming mould. The forming mould has a forming surface defining said product shape, The method comprises the steps of:
arranging a cellulose blank containing less than 45 weight percent water in said forming mould; heating said cellulose blank to a forming temperature in the range of 100 C. to 200 C.; and pressing said cellulose blank by means of said forming mould with a forming pressure acting on the cellulose blank across said forming surface, said forming pressure being in the range of 1 MPa to 100 MPa.

A METHOD FOR FORMING A CELLULOSE PRODUCT IN A DRY-FORMING MOULD SYSTEM
A method for dry-forming a cellulose product in a dry-forming mould system from an air-formed cellulose blank structure. The dry-forming mould system includes a forming mould having a first mould part and an opposing second mould part arranged to cooperate with each other in a pressing direction upon forming of the cellulose product. The method includes: providing the air-formed cellulose blank structure and arranging the cellulose blank structure in the forming mould between the first mould part and the second mould part, wherein the cellulose blank structure has a moisture content in the range of 4-15 wt %, when arranged between the first mould part and the second mould part; forming the cellulose product by pressing and heating the cellulose blank structure when arranged between the first mould part and the second mould part in a single pressing operation, and heated to a forming temperature in the range of 100-200 C.
Forming mould system and a method for forming a cellulose product in a forming mould system
A forming mould system (3) for forming a cellulose product (1) from an air-formed cellulose blank structure (2), where the forming mould system (3) comprises a first mould part (4a) and a second mould part (4b). The first mould part (4a) and the second mould part (4b) are configured for moving in relation to each other in a pressing direction (DP). The second mould part (4b) comprises a forming cavity section (5) and an inlet section (6), where the inlet section (6) is arranged in connection to the forming cavity section (5) and configured for facilitating displacement of the cellulose blank structure (2) into a forming cavity (5a) of the forming cavity section (5). The inlet section (6) comprises a transition surface (6a) defining an inlet opening (6b), and the inlet opening (6b) is having a tapered configuration towards the forming cavity (5a). The disclosure further relates to a method for forming a cellulose product (1) from an air-formed cellulose blank structure (2) in a forming mould system (3).

The disclosure relates to compositions including a constituent-A of a polylysine component, a XL-component, and a fibrous component of a fibrous element of vegetable fibers. The fibrous element is free of any fibers other than the vegetable fibers. The composition is free of any fibers other than the vegetable fibers of the fibrous component. The disclosure further relates to processes for obtaining an object from the compositions. The disclosure further relates to objects such as sheets, tapes, sticks, strips, films, cloths, containers, boards, panels, beams, frames, planks, engineered wood e.g. fibreboards obtained by said processes.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCTION OF PALLET BLOCKS
Wood scrap and binder components forming raw material (1) of a pallet block are prepared in accordance with predetermined mechanical properties of the pallet block to be produced with a mass equal to the predetermined mass of the finished pallet block. The prepared components are mixed and fed into a press mould (3) of a press die (2), pressed to size, and the binder is cross-linked applying heat externally by the aid of the side walls (11) of the press mould (3) and at the same time internally by applying heat to the central region of the pallet base material (1) via a central forming mandrel (14) conducting hot steam into the pressed the pallet block, thereby promoting the cross-linking of the pallet base material's binder in short time. The invention also relates to an apparatus implementing the method.
