Programmable station and plant for the production of plates with chromatic effects
Station for the realization of coloring effects in a mix for the production of slabs, includes: a working surface intended to accommodate a temporary support with a basic mix layer for the formation of a slab; at least one dye dispensing device for emitting dyes towards the working surface so as to deposit them on the basic mix layer on the temporary support accommodated on the working surface; movement means for the relative movement of the dispensing device above the working surface; a control system connected to the movement means for controlling the displacement of the dispensing device so as to follow trajectories along which dyes are emitted towards the mix layer; at least one tool movable with the movement means (18, 118) and intended to interact mechanically with areas of the mix layer for receipt of the dyes emitted by the dispensing device to achieve coloring effects in the mix.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN ENGINEERED STONE AND AN ENGINEERED STONE
A method for manufacturing an engineered stone, the method including: providing a mixture comprising at least a stone or stone like material and a binder; compacting the mixture; curing the binder; and further comprising printing a printed pattern on at least a top surface of the engineered stone.
Method and apparatus for forming engineered stone
A compression device, means for controlling the compression device, a drum having an inner chamber, means for rotating the drum, and first and second delivery devices for delivering first and second materials into the inner chamber of the drum while the drum is rotating. The compression device compresses the first and second material in the inner chamber of the drum while the drum is rotating about the center of the drum in response to the means for controlling the compression device. The apparatus may include a stirring device; and a means for controlling the stirring device; wherein the stirring device is configured with respect to the drum so that the stirring device can be moved up and down to a desired depth within the drum and rotates within the inner chamber of the drum to stir the first and second materials in the drum while the drum is rotating.
Apparatus and Cassette for Supplying a Material to be Formed to a Plant for Producing Slabs
An apparatus for supplying material to a plant for producing slabs. The apparatus comprises means for supplying the material to be formed, first collecting and moving means, a conveyor cassette and second collecting and moving means. The means for supplying the material take the material from reservoirs and deposit it on the first collecting and moving means to form a semi-finished mat. The first collecting and moving means provide a stable base for the material and move the semi-finished mat towards the conveyor cassette, which receives the semi-finished mat and deposits a uniform pad on the second collecting and moving means. The second collecting and moving means provide a stable base for the uniform pad and move it towards successive stations in the plant. The conveyor cassette comprises at least one flap adapted to cross the entire thickness of the flow of material which, goes through the conveyor cassette.
ARTIFICIAL MARBLE HAVING HIGH LIGHT TRANSMITTANCE
The present invention relates to an artificial marble including a binder resin, inorganic particles and quartz powder, in which the inorganic particles are particles including a barium element.
MULTILAYER ARTIFICIAL STONE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention involves a multiplayer artificial stone and its preparation method. The decorative layer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 80%-90% of a decorative stone, 5%-15% of an unsaturated polyester resin, 0.6%-2% of a coupling agent, 0.7%-1.2% of a curing agent, and 1%-5% of a pigment filler. The bottom layer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 65%-78% of a calcium carbonate stone, 10%-18% of an unsaturated polyester resin, 0.6%-2% of a coupling agent, 0.7%-1.2% of a curing agent, and 1-15% of a pigment filler. The preparation method involves preparing the decorative layer and the bottom layer separately and then binding the two layers together by pressing. This arrangement allows the multilayer artificial stone to have good decorative effect and product quality; in addition, each layer contains only one type of stone, therefore its preparation is easier and can be more precisely controlled, lowering production cost.
PLANT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMIC ARTICLES
A plant for manufacturing ceramic articles comprising two feeding devices, each of which is designed to contain a powder material of a respective type and to feed said powder material to a conveyor assembly; the plant further comprises an operating device which is designed to enable the output of the powder material selectively in the area of the feeding devices arranged successively and transversely to the feeding direction, and a control unit which controls the operating device depending on a desired reference distribution and how far the conveyor assembly feeds the power material.
Curved slab surfaces, systems, and methods
Systems and methods of thermoforming stone slabs are provided, such as by heating a stone slab while forming it to a mold. Curved stone slabs may be produced having low radii of curvature.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN ENGINEERED STONE AND AN ENGINEERED STONE
A method for manufacturing an engineered stone comprising the steps of: providing a mixture comprising at least a stone or stone like material and a binder; compacting the mixture; curing the binder; and printing a printed pattern on at least a top surface of the engineered stone.
