Multi-Flex Forming System
Apparatuses and methods associated with creating a form to construct a concrete structure (e.g., a concrete building). In embodiments, an apparatus may comprise a number of forming system components, including but are not limited to a plurality of fixed or adjustable posts; a plurality of fixed or adjustable roof struts, a plurality of fixed or extensible frames; and/or a plurality of mounts. The fixed/adjustable posts, the fixed/adjustable roof struts, and the fixed/extensible frames are selectively and adjustably coupled together to create a form of selected dimensions to construct the concrete structure/building on site with reduced number of pours, e.g., a single pour. Other embodiments may be disclosed or claimed.

A holding material for a gas treatment device according to the present invention is a holding material, which is a holding material to be arranged, in a gas treatment device including a treatment structure and a casing for housing the treatment structure, between the treatment structure and the casing, the holding material including silica fibers and an alumina sol in an amount of 3 parts by mass or more in terms of a solid content with respect to 100 parts by mass of the silica fibers.

DECORATIVE CONCRETE WITH UNIFORM SURFACE AND METHOD OF FORMING THE SAME
A decorative concrete with a very uniform finish surface and a method of fabricating the same is disclosed. A concrete mixture is poured over a subgrade which defines an exposed surface. The exposed surface is finished with any of several techniques, and the surface is then worked with an abrasive material, and additional techniques are used to color and seal the concrete.
Precast Concrete Composite Wall
A precast concrete wall structure and method for forming a wall structure are disclosed. A forming member is positioned within a casting bed. The forming member comprises a layer of insulating material defining a plurality of integrally-formed rectangular protrusions extending in a parallel and spaced-apart relationship to one another to define a plurality of rectangular-shaped channels therebetween. The forming member also defines at least one cutout for defining a first portion of a fastener for securing the wall structure to a support structure. A second portion of the fastening member is positioned within the cutout. Uncured concrete is placed within the casting bed and allowed to cure.
Precast Concrete Composite Wall
A precast concrete wall structure and method for forming a wall structure are disclosed. A forming member is positioned within a casting bed. Method of making ceramic shaped abrasive particles, sol-gel composition, and ceramic shaped abrasive particles
A method includes: providing a mold having a plurality of mold cavities, wherein each mold cavity is bounded by a plurality of faces joined along common edges; filling at least some of the mold cavities with a sol-gel composition that includes a release agent dispersed therein; at least partially drying the sol-gel composition thereby forming shaped ceramic precursor particles; calcining at least a portion of the shaped ceramic precursor particles to provide calcined shaped ceramic precursor particles; and sintering at least a portion of the calcined shaped ceramic precursor particles to provide ceramic shaped abrasive particles. A sol-gel composition, shaped ceramic precursor particles, and ceramic shaped abrasive particles associated with practice of the method are also disclosed.
