HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION FOR ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING DEVICE, AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING CASTING MOLD
The present invention has solved the problems of conventional molding materials, and provides a hydraulic composition for additive manufacturing devices having high strength development, particularly high early strength development, and less generation of gas defect and graphite spheroidization defect. Specifically, the hydraulic composition for additive manufacturing devices of the present invention at least contains calcium aluminate. It is preferable that the hydraulic composition contain 0.5-10 parts by mass of gypsum with respect to 100 parts by mass of the calcium aluminate.
LAMINATED POLYESTER FILM, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYESTER FILM
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a laminated polyester film that has high reusability and is suitable for processing during a post process. This laminated polyester film comprises a polyester film and a layer X that satisfies the following conditions. Condition 1: 20??X.sub.P?45 Condition 2: 3.0??X.sub.H?10?X.sub.P (mN/m): Polar component of the surface free energy of the layer X ?X.sub.H (mN/m): Hydrogen bond component of the surface free energy of the layer X.
THREE-DIMENSIONAL PRINT DATA GENERATION METHOD, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THREE-DIMENSIONAL FABRICATED PRODUCT
A three-dimensional print data generation method is capable of matching the number of layers and/or size of slice data. Three-dimensional interpolation shape data is generated by interpolating a three-dimensional interpolation shape on three-dimensional shape data having a plurality of three-dimensional shapes composed of different materials. The three-dimensional interpolation shape defines an outline in slice data, and a shape disposed outside of the maximum outline of the three-dimensional shape on the deposition surface of the three-dimensional print and is continuous from the bottommost end to the topmost end of the three-dimensional shape in the layering direction of the three-dimensional print. The three-dimensional shape and the three-dimensional interpolation shape for each three-dimensional shape are sliced in the three-dimensional interpolation shape data to generate a plurality of items of interpolation slice data. A plurality of items of slice data are generated by deleting the three-dimensional interpolation shape so as to leave outline information.
Gypsum Panels, Systems, and Methods
Gypsum panels, sheathing systems, and methods of making and using the same are provided. A gypsum panel includes a gypsum core associated with a first fiberglass mat having a continuous barrier coating, the coating penetrating a portion of the first fiberglass mat opposite the gypsum core, wherein gypsum penetrates a remaining fibrous portion of the first fiberglass mat such that voids in the first fiberglass mat are substantially eliminated. A building sheathing system includes at least two gypsum panels and a seaming component to provide a seam at an interface between the gypsum panels.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THREE-DIMENSIONAL SHAPED OBJECT
There is provided a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional shaped object by a continuous formation of a plurality of solidified layers through a light beam irradiation, the three-dimensional shaped object being provided with a hollow portion in an interior of the shaped object. The manufacturing method performs the formation of the solidified layer by irradiating a raw material with a light beam at the time of suppling the raw material, thereby allowing a sintering of the raw material or a melting and subsequent solidification of the raw material. In particular, a solidified foundation portion is provided as a part of the three-dimensional shaped object, the solidified foundation portion being used for a platform for a formation of a subsequent layer provided as the solidified layer. An orientation of the solidified foundation portion is changed prior to the formation of the subsequent solidified layer.
INFLATABLE TUBE, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A CONCRETE MEMBER, AND PIPELINE ARRANGEMENT METHOD APPLYING THE SAME
An inflatable tube used to form a blind pipe in a channel of a cast concrete member or a blank house to pass water or accommodate a cable is provided. The inflatable tube is a flat hose. The inflatable tube is capable of being wound. The inflatable tube is configured to be arranged in a pre-designed path in the cast concrete member or the blank house, and is capable of being returned to a tubular shape by filling with gas or liquid. A method of manufacturing a concrete member with the blind pipe by applying the inflatable tube is also provided. A pipeline arrangement method to form the blind pipe in a cast concrete member by applying the inflatable tube is also provided.
