MICROWAVE ENHANCED CONCRETE PULTRUSION
Methods, systems, and apparatus, for performing pultrusion molding with concrete. One exemplary method includes conveying a textile material through a concrete infusion system to provide a concrete infused textile material (CITM). Heating and shaping the CITM by conveying the CITM through a microwave chamber comprising an electrically non-conductive die disposed therein, the microwave chamber operable to heat concrete infused in the textile material by irradiating the CITM with microwave energy as the CITM is conveyed through the microwave chamber, and the die operable to shape the CITM as the CITM is conveyed through the microwave chamber. Cooling the CITM by conveying the CITM through a cool down chamber operable to maintain heat in the CITM as the CITM is conveyed through the microwave chamber allowing the concrete to cure while a temperature of the CITM is reduced.

EXTRUSION MOLDING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING MOLDED BODY
An extrusion molding machine includes: a molding portion having one end and other end, the one end having a die, the other end being connected to an extrusion port of an extrusion portion, the molding portion also including a screen arranged therein. The molding portion includes: at least one first temperature controlling member between the screen and the die, the first temperature controlling member including a plurality of first zones divided in a circumferential direction. Temperatures of the plurality of first zones can be individually controlled.
EXTRUSION MOLDING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING MOLDED BODY
An extrusion molding machine includes a molding portion having one end and other end, the one end having a die, the other end being connected to an extrusion port of an extrusion portion, the molding portion also including a screen arranged therein. The molding portion includes: two or more temperature controlling members between the screen and the die; and a heat insulating member arranged between the two or more temperature controlling members.
Scalable three dimensional printing apparatus
A scalable three dimensional printing apparatus capable of movement along three axes includes a tractor assembly movable along a selectively extendable rail component. Wheels in the tractor assembly surround part of the rail component to enable movement of a gantry bridge in a longitudinal direction along the rails. A movable printing trolley moves horizontally along a gantry bridge and has a printing column which can move vertically. Because the gantry bridge, trolley, and printing column move orthogonally to each other, users may print in three dimensions. Selective extension of the rails allows a user to alter lengthwise printing scale.

Method of manufacturing a fire-resistant and/or fire-retardant cable
A method of manufacturing a cable includes at least one elongated electrically conducting element and at least one composite layer surrounding the elongated electrically conducting element. The composite layer is obtained from at least one step of impregnation of a non-woven fibrous material with a geopolymer composition.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR INFUSION MIXING A SLURRY-BASED ELECTRODE
Embodiments described in this application relate generally to a system, an apparatus and/or methods for manufacturing electrodes by infusion electrolyte into compacted electrode materials. In some embodiments, a working electrode materials can be produced using an infusion mixing and manufacturing process. In some embodiments, a single-sided finished electrode can be produced directly from a dry powder mixture using an infusion mixing and manufacturing process. In some embodiments, a double-sided finished electrode can be produced directly from a dry powder mixture using an infusion mixing and manufacturing process. The electrodes produced by an infusion mixing and manufacturing process generally perform better than those produced by non-infusion processes.
