Method for producing fiber reinforced cementitious slurry using a multi-state continuous mixer
A method in which a stream of dry cementitious powder from a dry powder feeder passes through a dry cementitious powder inlet conduit to feed a first feed section of a fiber-slurry mixer. An aqueous medium stream passes through at least one aqueous medium stream conduit to feed a first mixing section the fiber-slurry mixer. A stream of reinforcing fibers passes from a fiber feeder through a reinforcing fibers stream conduit to feed a second mixing section of the fiber-slurry mixer. The stream of dry cementitious powder, aqueous medium stream, and stream of reinforcing fibers combine in the fiber-slurry mixer to make a stream of fiber-cement mixture which discharges through a discharge conduit at a downstream end of the mixer.

A roof tile containing fibers which satisfy the following requirements (1) to (3): (1) to have an average fiber diameter of 50 m or less; (2) to have an aspect ratio of 50 to 2000; and (3) to have three or less buckled portions per fiber.
Cementitious panels, and systems and methods for manufacturing cementitious panels
The present disclosure embraces cementitious panels, and systems and methods of manufacturing cementitious panels. An exemplary cementitious panel includes a cementitious core material, a plurality of sheets of facing material surrounding the cementitious core material, and a radiation-cured adhesive. An exemplary method of manufacturing a cementitious panel includes conveying a slurry of cementitious core material and a plurality of sheets of facing material, applying a radiation-curable adhesive to at least one of the sheets of facing material, forming a continuous length of cementitious panel material, at least partly curing the radiation-curable adhesive with one or more beams of radiation emitting from one or more radiation-emitting devices, and cutting the continuous length of cementitious panel material laterally to a desired length, providing a cementitious panel.
PLANT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMIC ARTICLES
A plant for manufacturing ceramic articles comprising two feeding devices, each of which is designed to contain a powder material of a respective type and to feed said powder material to a conveyor assembly; the plant further comprises an operating device which is designed to enable the output of the powder material selectively in the area of the feeding devices arranged successively and transversely to the feeding direction, and a control unit which controls the operating device depending on a desired reference distribution and how far the conveyor assembly feeds the power material.
Method for decorating in thickness a ceramic slab
A method for decorating in thickness a ceramic slab, comprising the following steps: preparing, on a decoration surface (10), a first soft decorated layer (L1) of ceramic material endowed with a decoration (V); progressively transferring, by deposition, the soft decorated layer (L1) from the decoration surface (10) to a first deposition surface (50), situated at a lower height than the decoration surface (10), thus progressively forming on the first deposition surface (50) a second soft decorated layer (L2) which has a head (H) and a tail (T); progressively transferring, by deposition, the second soft decorated layer (L2) from the first deposition surface (50) to a second deposition surface (83), situated at a lower height than the first deposition surface (50), starting from the tail (T) of the second soft decorated layer (L2), thus progressively forming on the second deposition surface (83) a third soft decorated layer (L3).
DEVICE AND PROCESS FOR FORMING PREPRESSING-ASSEMBLED ASPHALT MIXTURE SURFACE LAYER
A device for forming a prepressing-assembled asphalt mixture surface layer comprises: a wheel compaction module and a prepressing forming module. The wheel compaction module is configured to preliminarily compact a hot mix asphalt mixture. The prepressing forming module comprises a second reaction frame. A second loading device is hung at a top of the second reaction frame. An output end of the second loading device is fixedly connected to a prepressing plate. A conveyor belt passes through lower parts of the wheel compaction module and the prepressing forming module. A base is arranged on the conveyor belt. A surrounding mold is circumferentially fixed to the base. Through the prepressing module and the process, the device continuously applies a compaction load to the hot mix asphalt mixture surface layer, and effectively increases the adhesion between the aggregate and the asphalt to improve the strength of the assembled asphalt pavement.
Production line of CA abrasive
A production line of a CA abrasive, including: a belt mold, the belt mold being provided with a cavity; a transmission device, configured to drive the belt mold to run; a slurry coating mechanism, configured to coat a slurry on a surface and into the cavity of the belt mold; a slurry scraping mechanism, configured to scrap the slurry coated on the surface of the belt mold into the cavity; a drying mechanism, configured to dry the belt mold so that the slurry is dried and precipitated into abrasive grains; a separation mechanism, arranged below the drying mechanism and configured to shake down the abrasive grains in the cavity of the belt mold by vibrating; a sweeping mechanism, configured to sweep slurry fragments of the belt mold after separation; and a release agent coating mechanism, configured to spray a release agent to the swept belt mold.
Method for compacting powder material
A method for compacting ceramic powder; a layer of uncompacted ceramic powder is conveyed to a pressure device, which has a structured contact surface and comes into contact with the powder material so as to obtain a layer of compacted powder material having a structured surface; the pressure device comprises a first layer and a superficial layer arranged on the first layer; at least part of the superficial layer wears so as to uncover at least part of the first layer and obtain at least areas of the first outwardly exposed layer the areas of the first outwardly exposed layer are hardened by means of irradiation with UV radiations.
