FORMWORK ASSEMBLY
20210008759 · 2021-01-14 ·

A formwork assembly includes a base body to be fastened detachably to the formwork surface, and an attachment element. A fastening device can release the at least one attachment element, in particular automatically, from the at least one base body. At least one centering device is provided separate from the at least one fastening device, by which the attachment element when fixed to the base body can be automatically aligned relative to the base body. The base body and the attachment element can be arranged, in the fixed state, together on the formwork surface and can be removed from the formwork surface.

CONCRETE PRODUCT MACHINE APRON PLATE GAP ADJUSTMENT
20200376710 · 2020-12-03 ·

Concrete product machine apron gap adjustment by actuating a gapper mechanism to set a desired gap between a reciprocally-movable apron plate and an interchangeably installable mold assembly installed in a concrete products machine. The gapper mechanism sets a desired gap between the machine apron plate and the mold assembly by injecting an index amount of hydraulic fluid into fluid communication with the rod side of a primary apron plate positioning cylinder, causing the machine's apron plate to retreat a desired gap distance away from an engaged position against the mold assembly.

Mold System for a Modular Telescoping Barrier and Method of Construction
20200376709 · 2020-12-03 ·

A mold system for a modular telescoping barrier and method of construction provides barriers arranged in a telescoping configuration with tight tolerances. The barriers are constructed with an inner and outer mold subassembly, separated by a gap. A shape-adapted funnel pours mold filling into gap between mold subassemblies. When mold filling dries, the mold subassemblies are removed to access a barrier. Barriers are nested with other barriers having incrementally larger or smaller perimeters to achieve telescoping configuration. A base barrier with a support flange supports multiple barriers. The inner and outer subassemblies are made up of individual panels fitted together end to end, and at corners in a tight relationship. Reinforcing structures abut the panels to prevent panels from bulging. The narrow end of the funnels includes clamps that press inwardly on the panels to prevent bulging. A level and an agitating mechanism enable mold filling to be poured uniformly.

A variable shaping form (10) includes a variable frame (12) and a variable support (16) extending within or across the frame. The shaping form (10) is selectively adjustable to vary the shape of the support (16) to define a variety of differently shaped contours, each of which approximates a doubly-ruled curved surface. The variable frame (12) may be defined by a plurality of frame portions (18, 19, 20, 21).

AUTOMATIC FORMWORK SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FLEXIBLE ELASTIC MEMBRANE MOULDS

Flexible molds have an elastic membrane supported by modules, arranged next to one another along a horizontal longitudinal axis of the mold. Each module has traction units, each forming a respective group with a respective thrust unit, with the groups arranged opposite one another at a preset distance. Pairs of traction units are arranged opposite one another in a direction perpendicular to the axis, and the respective thrust units thereof are arranged therebetween. The modules hold the membrane with the mold via reinforced eyelets distributed on both edges parallel to the axis. Each traction unit has linear actuators arranged horizontally and another linear actuator arranged vertically, which together enable movement. The membrane is previously deformed according to an approximation of the prior design of a part to be molded, and prestressed according to a mathematical prediction of the deformation thereof after receiving a conglomerate in liquid or plastic state.

Atypical molded body manufacturing device, molding material casting form using same, and rod-type mold

An atypical-molded-body manufacturing device according to the present invention comprises at least one shape output unit comprising a plurality of movable rods provided to be able to move up and down and arranged along a first direction. A driving module transfers a driving force to the movable rods, thereby moving each of the plurality of movable rods to a predetermined height. An atypical curvature is formed by a difference in level configured by the upper end of each of the plurality of movable rods that have moved to the predetermined height.
