Device for producing ceramic parts
A slip casting mold is useful for producing a ceramic die cast part. The slip casting mold includes a first mold part with a first main part and a first filtration layer and comprising at least one second mold part with a second main part and a second filtration layer. The first main part is equipped with at least one first dewatering channel with at least one dewatering channel end that opens into a second dewatering channel within the second mold part or into a dewatering channel within an additional dewatering body in a casting position.
Production line of CA abrasive
A production line of a CA abrasive, including: a belt mold, the belt mold being provided with a cavity; a transmission device, configured to drive the belt mold to run; a slurry coating mechanism, configured to coat a slurry on a surface and into the cavity of the belt mold; a slurry scraping mechanism, configured to scrap the slurry coated on the surface of the belt mold into the cavity; a drying mechanism, configured to dry the belt mold so that the slurry is dried and precipitated into abrasive grains; a separation mechanism, arranged below the drying mechanism and configured to shake down the abrasive grains in the cavity of the belt mold by vibrating; a sweeping mechanism, configured to sweep slurry fragments of the belt mold after separation; and a release agent coating mechanism, configured to spray a release agent to the swept belt mold.

PREFABRICATED COMPONENT MOLD
A prefabricated component mold includes a number of side plates and a removable film. The side plates cooperatively define a molding cavity for molding a prefabricated cement component. The removable film is configured to be removably arranged on an inner side of the side plates for preventing the prefabricated cement component from contacting the side plates.
Insulated concrete slip form and method of accelerating concrete curing using same
The invention comprises a concrete form. The form comprises a first concrete forming panel having a first primary surface adapted for forming and contacting plastic concrete and a second primary surface opposite the first primary surface; a layer of insulating material contacting and substantially covering the second primary surface of the first concrete forming panel; and an insulating blanket adjacent the first concrete forming panel. A method of using the concrete form is also disclosed.

ADJUSTABLE CONCRETE FORM LINER CONNECTION FOR CAST CONCRETE TEXTURES
A liner for a form is provided. The form allows for the creation of a precast concrete wall to be formed. The liner allows a building material, for example, brick veneer, to be placed in the liner in a pattern. The pattern may be a soldier course that can formed over openings in the precast concrete wall. When liquid concrete is poured into the mold and then hardens, the concrete holds the building material in place in the pattern produced by the liner.

Method for Casting a Construction Element and a Mould for Use in the Method
A method for casting a construction element includes: using a CAD technique designing mould bodies 12 comprising mould-halves 12.1, 12.2, 12.3, 12.4, 12.5, 12.6, 12.7, 12.8; printing the mould-halves on a 3D printer which includes an adhesive dispensing system; providing a locating formation 16 on mould-half 12.7; reinforcing the mould-halves with two polyurethane or polyurea coatings; applying form wax to the mould-halves; printing a conduit 18 on a 3D printer; locating the mould-halves at a construction site and securing the mould halves to one another; locating the conduit 18 relative to the mould-halves by means of the locating formation 16; pouring concrete into the assembled mould so as to embed the conduit 18 within the concrete; and allowing the concrete to cure; removing the mould-halves and repeating a desired number of times.
Photocurable compositions
The present invention relates to a method for the preparation of dies for moulds for the production of tiles with three dimensional texture.
