DRIVE ASSEMBLY
A drive assembly for moving a curtain of a vehicle includes a drive rack, an idle gear engaged with the drive rack, a motor assembly and an actuator. The motor assembly includes a drive gear engageable with the idle gear, a gearbox connected to the drive gear, and a motor connected to the gearbox for driving the drive gear. The actuator is for moving the motor assembly between an idle position, wherein the idle gear is idle, and a drive position, wherein the drive gear is engaged with the idle gear for driving the idle gear. When the motor assembly is in the drive position, the idle gear is drivable by the motor to move the idle gear along the drive rack. One of the drive rack and the idle gear is mountable on the curtain so as to move the curtain between a first and a second position.
SILENT SUSPENSION SYSTEM
A silent suspension system is configured to hang a curtain and has a track and at least one main hanging member. The track is a tube and has an opening formed at a bottom surface of the track. The at least one main hanging member is movably mounted in the track and has a first support part, at least one first pad, and a suspension part. The first support part is mounted in the track and has at least one first block mounted on one surface of the first support part and protrudes toward the opening. Each first block is mounted through one of the at least one first pad, and the at least one first pad is capable of abutting an inner surface of the track. The suspension part protrudes from the first support part through the opening and is available for hanging the curtain.
Curtain Support Rail Connector
A curtain support assembly is provided. The curtain support assembly includes a first rail, a second rail, and a connector. The first and second rails each include slide surfaces for supporting a curtain carrier moving along a curtain travel path. The connector includes a first end connected to the first rail and a second end connected to the second rail such that the first and second rails are separated from each other by a gap having a predefined distance. The connector further includes a ramp having a length greater than the predefined distance. The connector is configured such that a curtain carrier moving along the curtain travel path from the first rail to the second rail is supported by the ramp.
