Various embodiments for a median barrier finishing machine are described. A median barrier finishing machine may include a housing configured to encapsulate at least a portion of a median barrier, where the housing comprises a first vertical wall, a second vertical wall, and a horizontal wall. The median barrier finishing machine may include at least one adjustable member configured to couple the housing to the vehicle and retain the housing a predetermined distance relative to the vehicle while the vehicle is in motion. Further, the median barrier finishing machine may include at least one finishing device disposed within the housing, where the at least one finishing device is configured to contact a surface of a median barrier at least partially positioned within the housing and treat the surface as the vehicle moves the housing along a length of the median barrier.
ADJUSTABLE INLAY FOR CONCRETE FORM LINER FOR CAST CONCRETE TEXTURES
A liner for a form is provided. The form allows for the creation of a precast concrete wall to be formed. The liner allows a building material, for example, brick veneer, to be placed in the liner in a pattern. The pattern is modified by placing an adjustable joint inlay into the liner to form customizable insets for the brick veneer in the precast concrete wall. When liquid concrete is poured into the mold and then hardens, the concrete holds the building material in place in the pattern produced by the liner. The adjustable joint inlay for a precast concrete wall allows insets in a liner to be adjusted to accommodate bricks and stones of varying sizes and to allow the bricks and stones to be arranged in user-customized patterns.

A process for manufacturing glazed ceramic tiles from a substrate of green clay having at least one groove extending within the surface of the tile, wherein the groove is imparted to the tile while the substrate is still green clay before the substrate is bisque or glaze fired. A tile fabricated using this process is also part of the invention.

Self-draining porcelain stoneware tile
The invention concerns the production of draining porcelain stoneware tiles and method of production thereof. The invention concerns a tile with rectangular quadrilateral shape and edges with thickness (S), with a planar outer surface on which a series of variable geometry grooves are provided according to a drainage direction on the outer surface. The geometry of said groove can be triangular, trapezoidal or elliptical section. The vertexes of these embodiments form the bottom of said groove with height h, and said height h increases according to said drainage direction generating an inclined drainage plane of said groove. The invention also concerns a method of manufacturing a tile according to the invention; by moulding during the pressing phase of the ceramic powders with the use of punch/pad preformed with pattern according to the required geometry of the water drain grooves; by mechanical action by incision of the green pressed ceramic powder slab, dried or not, and not yet fired; or by incision of the fired tile.
POLISHED LIGHTWEIGHT STRUCTURAL CONCRETE AND METHOD OF FORMATION
A method of forming a lightweight polished concrete and the resulting composition. Calcium sulfoaluminate (CSA) cement and specialized grout may be added to an amount of water in a mixer. The CSA cement, specialized grout, and water may be blended to a smooth consistency. Lightweight aggregates (LWA) may be added to the blended CSA cement, specialized grout, and water to form a mixture. The mixture may be poured over a fiberglass rebar, vibrated, screeded, and allowed to set. The set mixture may be smoothed with float blades. The smoothed mixture may be hardened with metal blades, such that the hardened mixture becomes reflective. A concrete densifier may be applied to the hardened mixture to form the lightweight polished concrete. Optionally, one or more saw cuts may be formed in the lightweight polished concrete and a coating to may be applied to fill the one or more saw cuts.
