HONEYCOMB STRUCTURE
A honeycomb structure has a pillar-shaped honeycomb structure body having porous partition walls which defines cells which forms a passage of liquid extended from an inflow end face toward an outflow end face, a circumferential wall arranged to surround a circumference of the partition walls. The honeycomb structure body has an outermost circumference cell structure including a complete cell arranged at the outermost circumference of the honeycomb structure body, a center cell structure formed by the cells arranged at a center part at an inner side to the outermost circumference cell structure, and a boundary wall arranged at a boundary part between the outermost circumference cell structure and the center cell structure. The outermost circumference cell structure and the center cell structure are formed as different structures to each other, and a thickness of the boundary wall is set to be thicker than a thickness of the circumferential wall.

METHOD FOR MACHINING, IN PARTICULAR SEVERING, AT LEAST ONE CONCRETE PART
A method of machining at least one concrete part includes providing at least one concrete part; applying at least one marking to the at least one concrete part; arranging at least one machining device for machining the at least one concrete part relative to the at least one concrete part; detecting the at least one marking by at least one marking detection device and transmitting the marking data thus generated to the at least one machining device; and machining the at least one concrete part using the generated marking data by the at least one machining device.
Flow channel form design for manhole assemblies
The present disclosure is generally directed to processes and apparatuses for use in forming one or more flow channels within a prefabricated manhole assembly. More specifically, an exemplary apparatus embodying various aspects of the disclosure may contain a rigid channel form with a closed top portion, a curved bottom portion, a first end, and a second end. The apparatus may also contain a bung(s) removably positioned into an exterior hole through a sidewall of the prefabricated manhole that may receive one end of the channel form, the bung(s) interior end may further have an open-ended U-shaped slot. A sliding wedge may be used to engaged/disengage the flow channel form.
Site heavy metal contaminated soil treatment equipment and treatment method therefor
An on-site heavy metal contaminated soil treatment apparatus, comprising a sampling system, a molding system, a heat processing system and a tail gas processing system disposed in sequence. The sampling system includes a bucket elevator and a planetary stirring device which are connected in sequence and are disposed on a mobile platform of the sampling system. The apparatus is easy to move and assemble, has a small floor area, and can be built on a target contaminated site, reducing transportation costs and the risk of secondary contamination. The entire process performed by the apparatus proceeds automatically, reducing labor costs. The planetary stirring sampling method and automatic brick blank extrusion molding process of the apparatus are applicable to various types of heavy metal contaminated soil providing high processing efficiency and good molding effect. Combined microwave heating and high-temperature steam heating provide rapid heating, small thermal inertia, and easy temperature control.
METHOD OF PRODUCING PRECAST BUILDING PRODUCTS
An aspect concerns a method (10) of producing a precast building product. The method (10) includes providing a mould (26) to receive a pourable building substance to be cured. The method further includes the steps of pouring the building substance into the mould and allowing the poured building substance to cure inside the mould to form a sold mass body. The method further includes providing a wire-cutting assembly operatively associated with the mould and cutting the solid mass body inside the mould into separate building products.
Cutting apparatus, apparatus for manufacturing sheet material, and apparatus for manufacturing gypsum building material
A cutting apparatus is provided. The cutting apparatus includes a cutter disposed in a conveying path for conveying a plate-shaped object and configured to cut the object, a downstream conveyor disposed downstream of the cutter in the conveying path and configured to convey the object, and a foreign-matter adhesion preventer disposed between the cutter and the downstream conveyor and configured to prevent foreign matter scattered by the cutter from adhering to the downstream conveyor.

Plaster boards having internal layers and methods for making them
Disclosed herein are plaster boards that include first and second layers of hardened plaster material, a liner attached to the first layer of hardened plaster material, and a first material (e.g., a polymer material such as a viscoelastic polymer) adhered between the liner and the second layer of hardened plaster material. The liner includes one or more structurally weakened regions each extending substantially from a first edge to a second opposing edge of the plaster board. The structurally weakened regions of the liner may facilitate creation of a fissure that propagates substantially within a plane within the plaster board. Methods for making the plaster boards may involve drying wet plaster material while it is in contact with a liner having structurally weakened regions, processing a liner to form its structurally weakened regions while in contact with wet plaster material, or processing a liner to form its structurally weakened regions while in contact with hardened plaster material.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SINGLE SHEET-TYPE GREEN SHEET, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SILICON NITRIDE SINTERED BODY, SINGLE SHEET-TYPE GREEN SHEET, AND SILICON NITRIDE SINTERED BODY
A method for manufacturing a single sheet-type green sheet includes a transporting step of transporting a strip-shaped green sheet that contains ceramic along a longitudinal direction thereof, and an irradiation step of irradiating the transported strip-shaped green sheet with a laser beam to cut the strip-shaped green sheet, thereby obtaining a single sheet-type green sheet.
