Sintering process for ceramic sheets
Disclosed is a sintering process for ceramic sheets. After biscuit firing and glazing, a green body is placed in a kiln, wherein the temperature of the kiln is controlled such that: when the kiln temperature is 100-400° C., the temperature rise duration is 1-2 hours when the kiln temperature is 400-900° C., the temperature rise duration is 2-3 hours; when the kiln temperature is 900-1100° C., the temperature rise duration must reach 3 hours or more; when the kiln temperature is 1100-1350° C. the temperature rise duration is controlled to be 3-4 hours; and after the temperature reaches 1350° C., heat-preservation cooling is conducted; when the temperature drops to 1230-1270° C., the temperature is raised again to 1290-1310° C.; when the temperature drops again to 880-920° C., the kiln cover is opened for cooling, and the finished product is taken out.
CERAMIC SUBSTRATE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF
A ceramic substrate and a method for production thereof are provided, in which the ceramic substrate includes a composite of : a first ceramic layer including Sr anorthite and Al.sub.2O.sub.3 or an oxide dielectric with a dielectric constant higher than that of Al.sub.2O.sub.3; and a second ceramic layer including Sr anorthite and cordierite and having a dielectric constant lower than that of the first ceramic layer.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING A CONCRETTE WORK PIECE PRESTRESSED BY REINFORCEMENT
The method according to the invention for producing a prestressed concrete workpiece is characterized in that the prestress is created by a heat treatment, wherein the concrete and the reinforcement therefor are selected in such a way that, when cooling the concrete workpiece from an elevated temperature, the heat expansion coefficient of the concrete is less than that of the reinforcement, and in that, during cooling, the concrete and the reinforcement adhere sufficiently strongly to one another if, during cooling, the concrete is hydrated at least to such an extent in order to be able to expand the reinforcement on account of the different heat expansion coefficients, and in that the concrete, together with the reinforcement, is brought to the elevated temperature in such a way that and is hydrated during cooling at least to such an extent that it is prestressed by the reinforcement after cooling.
Medical use honeycomb structure
A medical use honeycomb structure having a plurality of through-holes extending in one direction, wherein an outer peripheral section of the medical use honeycomb structure has a through-hole groove formed by incomplete side walls of the through-hole, and a through-hole inlet adjacent to the through-hole groove.
MIXTURE, A PROCESS AND A MOLD FOR MANUFACTURING RECYCLABLE AND DEGRADABLE ARTICLES
The disclosed subject matter concerns earth based mixtures, methods of preparing mixtures, and a process of forming articles of manufacture, as well as a process of manufacturing articles in molds configured for compression molding of earth based mixtures in accordance with the disclosed subject matter, including mixtures containing one or more of, e.g., sand, silt, clay, minerals, or any combination thereof.
METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING MOLDS AND CORES LAYER BY LAYER BY MEANS OF A BINDER CONTAINING WATER GLASS, AND A BINDER CONTAINING WATER GLASS
The invention relates to a binder, which contains water glass and further a phosphate or a borate or both. The invention further relates to a method for constructing molds and cores layer by layer, the molds and cores comprising a construction material mixture, which at least comprises a refractory molding base material, and the binder. In order to produce the molds and cores layer by layer in 3-D printing, the refractory molding base material is applied layer by layer and is selectively printed with the binder layer by layer, and consequently a body corresponding to the molds or cores is constructed and the molds or cores are released after the unbonded construction material mixture has been removed.
