Silicone extrusion plant, method for silicone extrusion and silicone extrudate produced herewith
A silicone extrusion plant has a silicone extruder and a silicone feed device configured to load the silicone extruder. The silicone feed device has a feed hopper. The feed hopper opens into a feed opening at the bottom thereof. The feed opening is in a fluidic connection, via a feed duct, with an inlet zone of the silicone extruder. A feed screw arranged in the feed hopper in such a way as to be drivable for rotation protrudes into the feed opening at least partly. The feed screw has a cone portion and a cylinder portion. According to another aspect, the silicone extrusion plant has at least one feed pressure sensor configured to measure an actual feed pressure of silicone material to be extruded. A control unit is in a signal communication with the feed pressure sensor and a feed drive device in order to drive the silicone feed device.
DEVICE FOR PRODUCING CONCRETE BLOCKS
A device for producing concrete blocks, in particular concrete paving slabs, having a mold for filling with a concrete mixture, wherein the mold has at least one mold cavity for receiving the concrete mixture, and wherein the upwardly open mold cavity has walls as lateral boundaries, and wherein the at least one mold cavity can be filled with the concrete mixture by means of a filling device, and wherein the mold with the at least one mold cavity and the filling device are movable relative to one another in a filling axis. The filling axis is oriented obliquely to an axis of symmetry of the at least one mold cavity, with the result that preferably all of the walls of the mold cavity extend neither perpendicularly nor parallel to the filling axis, but at an angle.
Descending type ceramic 3D printer
The present invention relates to a descending type ceramic 3D printer comprising a rack, the middle part of the rack is provided with a charging block sealed with the four sides thereof, the lower part of the charging block is connected with a lifting device for printing, the lifting device for printing is mounted on the lifting mounting block arranged at the lower part of the rack, the upper left side of the rack is provided with a scraping device cooperating with the material in the charging block, the upper right side thereof is provided with a mounting rack, the mounting rack is provided with a light spot emission device and a light transmission block that cooperate with each other, and the mounting rack is further provided with a discharging device; the present invention aims to provide a descending type ceramic 3D printer in which the light transmission block and the light spot emission device are arranged above the charging block so that the charging block are descended gradually to realize the printing of the product, and when printing and feeding of each part finishes, the scraping device will scratch it flat, greatly guarantying the flatness of each printing, and ensuring the performance of the joint portions, thereby improving the quality of the product.
Machine and method for compacting ceramic powder
Machine and method for compacting ceramic powder; a layer of non-compacted ceramic powder is conveyed in a feed direction through a compacting device; downstream of the compacting device there is positioned a detection device which detects the density of the layer of compacted ceramic powder; the quantity of ceramic powder fed to the compacting device is varied in time as a function of what is detected by the detection device to thus regulate the density of the layer of compacted ceramic powder.
Apparatus for manufacturing slabs with veined effect
During the manufacture of slabs with a veined effect a liquid or powder colouring agent is deposited on the surface of a thin layer of starting mixture by means of at least one dispensing device and the resultant mixture is supplied, falling freely, from one end of an extractor belt forming the bottom of a mixture metering/distributor unit, following which the mixture is transferred, falling freely, onto a temporary moulding support. This results in the production of slabs provided with veining extending through the entire thickness of the slabs and also visible along the whole edge of the slab, even after it has been machined.
A METHOD FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF FOAMED PLASTER WITH HEMP
A method for the manufacture of foamed plaster utilizing a mixture of powdered casting plaster, powdered limestone and hemp fibre. The mixture is fed into a Venturi apparatus (40) under the influence of gravity. Compressed air may be supplied to the Venturi apparatus (40) through an inlet pipe (41) causing air and solid particles to be sucked into the Venturi apparatus (40). The elongated tube is provided with an inlet nozzle arranged to receive a mixture of water mixed with detergent agents. Further, the tube (50) is provided with an inlet nozzle (56) arranged to receive compressed air such that the elongated tube (50) delivers the mixture to a mixing and spray head (60) so as to feed the resulting mixture to a moulding means.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MASS DECORATION OF CERAMIC PRODUCTS
The invention relates to a method for the mass decoration of ceramic products, comprising the following steps: spreading, superposed on one another, a layer (L) of granular or powder material and a decorative layer (3) on a support surface (2); transferring the layer (L) from the support surface (2) to an accumulation belt (T1), contiguous and aligned to the support surface (2), which is located at a lower height than the support surface (2), wherein the accumulation belt (T1) is mobile in advancement at a speed that is different from the advancement speed of the support surface (2), so that a variation in the thickness and longitudinal extension of the layer (L) is produced; pressing the layer (L) and the decorative layer (3).
METHOD FOR PRESSING CERAMIC SLABS
A pressing method for pressing ceramic slabs, comprising the following steps: spreading a layer (1) of granular or powdered material onto a pressing plane (2), wherein the layer (1) comprises at least a first zone (11), with a prefixed area and border, made of a granular or powdered primary material, and at least a second zone (12), with a prefixed area and border, made of a granular or powdered secondary material different from the primary material; pressing the layer (1) using a press (P); separating at least a main portion (10) of the first zone (11) from the second zone (12).
