MOBILE THREE-DIMENSIONAL PRINTER WITH LAYER SMOOTHING
Disclosed are various embodiments of a mobile 3D printer layer smoothing apparatus. The apparatus utilizes a plurality of heads, the surfaces of which are coupled at their adjacent edges. The surfaces are collectively utilized to apply cosmetic features to extruded material(s), such as concrete, by manipulating the heads and applying pressure to the extruded material(s). The surfaces of each head are coupled to a joint movably coupled to a linear actuator. The operation of the linear actuators causes the heads to change position and/or orientation along flexible couplings between adjacent edges of adjacent surfaces. The apparatus may be integrated into a stand-alone, single-purpose device or integrated into a multi-purpose 3D printing machine, such as a mobile 3D printer device.
Method and apparatus for making construction blocks
A method for making reconstituted limestone blocks includes using a batching plant to make a mixture comprising crushed limestone and cement. The mixture may additionally include water and an additive, such as a plasticizer. The batching plant has been modified to be compatible with the mixture. Next, the mixture is transferred from the batching plant to a mobile stamping machine having a mold box, a hopper, and a feed apparatus configured for transferring the mixture from the hopper to the mold box. Finally, the mobile stamping machine is activated so that the mobile stamping machine forms a construction block by transferring the mixture from the hopper to the mold box, depositing the construction block out of the mold box, and then moving to a next location. The mobile stamping machine is configured to produce approximately 100 construction blocks per hour.
Concrete forming system
A concrete forming system for reducing the time and labor required for the framing, pouring, and curing of concrete walls. The concrete forming system generally includes concrete forms including a first wall, a second wall opposing the first wall, and a pair of sidewalls. A cavity is formed between the walls; with an opening being fluidly connected to the cavity. A first vehicle is connected to the first wall and a second vehicle is connected to the second wall. Using the vehicles, the positioning and orientation of the walls may be adjusted. After the walls have been placed and oriented, the vehicles will hold the walls in place as concrete is poured into the cavity through the opening. The concrete is allowed to cure into a structure; after which the vehicles and walls may be moved to another location to repeat the process.
Method and manufacturing system for producing prefabricated parts from mineral-bound building materials
A method and manufacturing system for producing prefabricated parts of mineral-bound building materials, in particular for construction of buildings is disclosed. The manufacturing system includes at least one formwork table provided for casting the prefabricated parts of mineral-bound building materials as the essential component. The manufacturing system is mobile and it can be brought to the site of use of the prefabricated parts and in particular to the erection site of a building for manufacturing the prefabricated parts. Thus, this mobility allows transporting a complete small factory for manufacturing prefabricated parts of mineral-bound building materials to very different locations.

APPARATUS FOR ON-SITE PRODUCTION OF COMPONENTS FOR CONCRETE BUILDING
Apparatus (100) for on-site production of components for concrete building, comprising a box-like containing structure (10) suitable for conveying and defining a containing volume (V) comprising a first subvolume (V1) and a second subvolume (V2). The apparatus (100) further comprises a support frame (20) housed in the first subvolume (V1), at least two formworks (30a, 30b) for containing a preset quantity of concrete. Each formwork (30a, 30b) is slidably housable in the support frame (20) to assume a storage configuration and an extraction configuration in which the formwork (30a, 30b) is at least partially extracted from the support frame (20)). The apparatus (100) further comprises an extractor device (40) configured to withdraw at least one formwork (30a, 30b) by moving the formwork (30a, 30b) between the storage and extraction configurations. The apparatus further comprises liquid concrete feeding means (50) configured to dispense concrete to each formwork (30a, 30b).
