Precast base, method of manufacturing the precast base and method of installing architectural structure having the precast base
The present disclosure relates to a precast base. The precast base comprises a precast concrete body, a plurality of corrugated steel pipes, and a lifting part. The precast concrete body comprises a top surface, a bottom surface opposite to the top surface, and a plurality of mounting holes, each of which penetrates from the top surface to the bottom surface of the precast concrete body. The plurality of corrugated steel pipes are respectively embedded in the plurality of mounting holes. The lifting part is embedded in the top surface of the precast concrete body and is close to the center of the top surface.
Construction anchor apparatus, system and methodology
A construction anchoring system includes one or more anchor apparatuses which are mountable relative to a form used to create a concrete support structure. The concrete is deposited in the form and cures whereby the one or more anchor apparatuses becomes embedded within the concrete support structure. The embedded anchor apparatus is readily accessible to be coupled with, or to support, construction supplies or equipment such as ductwork, electrical cables, plumbing, sprinklers, safety lines or fences, etc. within a construction site. A plurality of anchor apparatuses may be mounted relative to the concrete form to create a system for organizing the installation of construction materials and/or safety equipment.
Insulated decorative panel for a wall treatment
An insulated panel for a wall treatment and a method of manufacture thereof. The panel includes a panel block cast from a material. During casting, a first bracket, a second bracket, and an insulator block are partially embedded within the material. The insulator block, which is a lighter weight foam material, is embedded between the first and second brackets such that part of the insulator block will extend beyond a rear of the panel block once cast. Once cast, part of the first bracket extends upwardly beyond a top of the panel block and part of the second bracket angles downwardly and outwardly from the rear of the panel block and a distance below the insulator block. The second bracket is used to align the panel on a support surface. The first bracket is used to secure the panel to the support surface.
