A concrete anchor point includes an internally threaded member and a spacer. The internally threaded member and the spacer are cast in a volume of concrete. The internally threaded member terminates in an open end. The spacer has a hole extending therethrough which provides a through-hole in the volume of concrete extending from the opening in the exposed face to the open end. The spacer functions to space the open end away from the exposed face at a non-zero depth within the volume of concrete.

The disclosure relates to a formwork device for manufacturing a construction element, in particular a plate-shaped precast concrete element, said formwork device comprising a formwork element and a transport anchor for positioning within the construction element, the transport anchor having a connecting part for connecting a lifting device and a shear force part for introducing a shear force into the construction element, the transport anchor having a first connecting element for connecting the transport anchor to the formwork element and/or a second connecting element for connecting the transport anchor to a support element for supporting the construction element.

RECESS FORMER AND ANCHOR ASSEMBLY
20240217137 · 2024-07-04 · ·

A recess former assembly (200) for creating a recess surrounding a cast in situ lifting element (60) in a cast concrete pipe (1) having a cast outer surface, is disclosed. The assembly has a frame (180) having locating lugs (183) engageable with components (81) of a reinforcing cage (80) to be positioned within the mould (70). The engagement of the lugs with the reinforcing components locates the frame in a rest position spaced from the mould. A removable recess former (150) is releasably retained in the frame. A lifting element (60) is retained within the recess former and has an anchor portion (64) extending therefrom. A non-rigid interconnection (182, 182A, 190, 191) between the lugs and the frame biases the frame and recess former to be urged towards the mould into an operative casting position in which at least a portion of the recess former substantially abuts the mould.

Concrete Anchor Coupling Assembly and Anchor Rod Holder

Concrete coupling assembly comprises a base holder for being attached to a concrete forming surface, the base holder including a central opening; a coupler having one end disposed within the central opening, the coupler having an axis for being positioned substantially transverse to the forming surface, the coupler having first and second threaded bores through the one end for attachment of a threaded rod; and a separate anchor body threadedly attached to another end of the coupler.

Manufacturing process of a stone provided with lighting for floors or carriageways

Manufacturing process of a stone providing for the following steps: positioning a die and a base platform under punches of a press, filling cavities of the die with a sand layer, placing a tube on the sand, actuating the actuation means to actuate the punches from the idle position to the operating position so that each punch presses the tube in the sand and presses the sand in the cavities of the die, actuating the actuation means to raise the punches, placing the stones in a drying station, extracting the solidified sand inside the tube from each stone, and placing a lighting device in the tube.

A rebar coupler can have a coupler body with a hollow interior, and a first end and a second end that are open to the hollow interior to receive rebar into opposing ends of the hollow interior along a longitudinal axis. One or more grout ports can be included on the coupler body, including a first grout port on the first end of the coupler body. The coupler body can include a set screw, a removable stop, a narrowed first end, a removable cap, or other features.

PREFABRICATED CONCRETE SLAB FLOOR AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME
20180347191 · 2018-12-06 ·

The present invention relates to a composite floor, typically a wood/concrete composite floor. The composite floor comprises a support structure being adapted to be attached to a concrete layer. The support structure comprises a top portion being made of at least one support panel comprising at least one opening through which the concrete layer may flow into the inner portion of the support structure once the top portion of the support structure is being disposed on the top of the concrete layer. The upward flow of the concrete creates at least one anchor point, which, once being harden in the inner portion of the support structure, improves the adhesion between the support panels and the concrete and ensures better mechanical rigidity and resistance of the assembly made of the panels and the concrete.
