Mixing systems and methods including disk assemblies
Mixing systems and methods that include a mixer housing and one or more disk assemblies for mixing and processing materials is disclosed. The disks rotate to mix an additive into the material and to carry agglomerated solids toward a discharge of the mixing system. The disks may have a plurality of fingers or lobes which extend from a central portion of the disks.

A container can include a flexible body having an interior for receiving and holding construction material mixture components to be mixed. The construction material mixture components can be mixed in the interior by rotating a mixing tool. The flexible body is collapsible for forcing the construction material mixture out of a mouth of the container. The flexible body can be everted to facilitate cleaning the interior of the flexible body. The system can also include a stand, a mixing tool, a funnel, and/or a measuring cup.
CONSTRICTOR VALVE WITH WEBBING, CEMENTITIOUS SLURRY MIXING AND DISPENSING ASSEMBLY, AND METHOD FOR MAKING CEMENTITIOUS PRODUCT
A constrictor valve can be associated with a conduit in fluid communication with a mixer to control a flow of cementitious slurry discharged from the mixer through the conduit. The constrictor valve can include a constrictor housing, a webbing constriction assembly, and a drive mechanism. The webbing constriction assembly includes a pair of rotatable members rotatably mounted to the constrictor housing and a plurality of webbing straps connected to the rotatable members and wrapped around the conduit. The drive mechanism includes a drive shaft and a gear assembly configured to rotate the rotatable members in opposing winding directions in response to the drive shaft rotating in a tighten direction to wrap the webbing straps tighter around the conduit to compress it and to rotate in opposing unwinding directions in response to the drive shaft rotating in a loosen direction to loosen the grip of the webbing straps on the conduit.
Producing method of concrete
The present invention provides a producing method of concrete capable of appropriately controlling setting and hardening, and having excellent flexibility of production and handling of concrete. The producing method of concrete includes a cement paste mixing step and a concrete mixing step. In the cement paste mixing step, cement, mixing water and retarder are mixed together to obtain cement paste. According to this, setting and hardening of the cement paste are suppressed, and it is possible to store the cement paste for predetermined time. In the concrete mixing step, aggregate is input into the cement paste, and they are mixed together to obtain concrete. By the mixing operation, a setting-delaying effect is canceled.

A method of preparing a concrete composition for downhole injection includes utilizing a controller to control a process including circulating process water in a process water supply loop for a predetermined period while monitoring and controlling the temperature and flow rate of the process water, circulating aqueous-based air entrainment solution in an aqueous-based air entrainment solution supply loop for the predetermined period and controlling the flow rate of the aqueous-based air entrainment solution and after the predetermined period of time in which the flow of process water and aqueous-based air entrainment solution have stabilized, simultaneously actuating valves to divert and mix the process water, the aqueous-based air entrainment solution and compressed air to produce an air-entrained foam and mixing the foam with a concrete composition to be deployed downhole.

Alkali-Activated Natural Aluminosilicate Materials for Compressed Masonry Products, and Associated Processes and Systems
Disclosed are masonry product feedstock compositions having natural aluminosilicate minerals, e.g., clay minerals and feldspars, to activate a geopolymer reaction. During the formation and curing of a masonry product, an alkali activator creates structural bonds within a mix of aggregates in the feedstock having a low moisture content (e.g., 5-10% by weight). The feedstock and manufacturing can require less energy, and can result in a lower environmental footprint than conventional masonry products. Associated processes and systems provide improved mixing and/or de-agglomeration of the feedstock, high compression during the formation of masonry products, and optimized curing. Exemplary products can include structural masonry units, veneer facing blocks, pavers, and other pre-cast products. Because the natural aluminosilicate minerals can be found in minimally processed abundant raw earth, the composition is not limited to conventional geopolymer materials that are sourced from industrial byproducts that are limited in geographic availability.
