Mixing and stirring device, method, and method for manufacturing lightweight gypsum board, including chute with eccentric orifice passage
Turning motion of gypsum slurry spouting onto a sheet of paper for a gypsum board liner is restricted for preventing maldistribution, deviation or irregular dispersion from occurring in the density distribution of the slurry on the sheet of paper. A mixing and stirring device for gypsum slurry has a circular casing forming a mixing area, a rotary disc positioned in the casing, and a tubular passage for feeding the slurry onto the sheet of paper for the gypsum board liner. A chute has a fluid passage portion with its cross section being non-axisymmetric with respect to a center axis of the tubular passage, or a fluid passage portion varying a position of the center axis of the tubular passage by a change or lateralization of the cross section of fluid passage.
Mortar spray gun, device comprising same, and spraying method
A system for spraying granular pasty matrices onto buildings, the system including a spray gun for wet mortar which makes possible the easy, safe, and efficient spraying of wet mortar including aggregates with a particle size D50 of between 1 and 15 millimeters. The spray gun is provided with a gun body with at least one injector emerging in a contacting chamber, at least one spray nozzle for mortar, and at least one connection end piece mounted on an inlet of a body for flow of mortar. Flow of mortar within a guiding duct of the body is monodirectional or multidirectional having angular deviation <30. The position of an injection head of the injector in the chamber is adjustable. The mortar is constituted by a pasty matrix including aggregates, fillers and additives. The aggregates have a D50=1-15 mm and a form factor F1.

Progressive bubble generating system used in making cementitious foam
A process for producing insulating foam, wherein certain especially small inorganic minerals such as silica fume are directly integrated into bubble fluid to better mechanically strengthen bubbles formed and thus allow the formation of smaller bubbles to be reformed. The manner of reforming the bubbles is progressive and actualized by a glass bead chamber, a second stage consisting of two screened discs, separated from each other and located at the end of the glass bead chamber, and a third stage chamber presenting itself with a considerably enlarged screen area and having considerably finer meshes than the second stage.
SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR INTRODUCING A LANCE INTO A CONCRETE MIXING TRUCK
An apparatus for cooling a concrete mixture, including a mobile base, and an arm support assembly. The arm support assembly is pivotally attached to the mobile base, and wherein the arm support assembly is configured to fold against the mobile base for transport. An arm assembly, wherein the arm assembly is configured to move along the arm support assembly, and wherein the arm assembly is configured to fold against the arm support assembly for transport. A lance assembly, wherein the lance assembly is configured to be inserted into a cement mixer, wherein the lance assembly is configured to fold against the arm assembly for transport. A method for cooling a concrete mixture, including positioning the lance and cement truck to enter the opening of a cement truck. Inserting the lance into the cement truck and introducing liquid nitrogen into the concrete mixer and thereby mixing with the cement mixture.
Baffled donut apparatus for use in system and method for forming gypsum board
A system and method for introducing a slurry mixture for making gypsum board is disclosed. The system includes, for example, a mixer, a foam injector, and a canister for mixing and moving a slurry mixture of foam and gypsum slurry. Also included in the system is an apparatus having a funnel body constructed and arranged to further mix the slurry mixture. The funnel body includes a number of baffles projecting from its inner wall towards a center and that are spaced around the inner wall. The baffles induce turbulence into the slurry mixture as the slurry mixture moves towards its outlet, thus further mixing the mixture and reducing the flow rate of the slurry mixture before its exits from the outlet for forming the gypsum board.

Method of reinforcing industrial equipment
A method of reinforcing industrial equipment, which includes the steps of providing a wrapping material, mixing an epoxy and a curing agent to create a bonding mixture, adding an aggregate material to the bonding mixture to create a bonding concrete, applying the bonding concrete to the wrapping material to create a reinforcing wrap, and wrapping the reinforcing wrap around the industrial equipment. The method makes use of use of an aggregate material to create a concrete, and add to the compressive strength of the wrapped pipe as well as allowing the wrapping material to withstand greater heat and provide insulating properties.
Board with fiber-reinforced dense layer
Disclosed is a composite gypsum board comprising a set gypsum core disposed between face (e.g., Manila) and back (e.g., Newsline) cover sheets. The set gypsum core is formed from a core slurry comprising stucco, water, and optional additives, such as foaming agent, migrating starch, accelerator, retarder, dispersant, etc. A dense layer formed from a dense layer slurry comprising stucco, water, fiber (e.g., paper fiber), and optionally, strength-enhancing starch, is disposed between the core and the face paper. The dense layer slurry contains a greater concentration of fiber, and optionally, strength-enhancing starch, than the core slurry, but the concentration of one or more other additives (e.g., accelerator, retarder, dispersant, or combinations thereof) is lower or the same in the dense slurry as compared with the core slurry. Also disclosed is a method of making board using one board mixer. In embodiments, paper fiber is added to water to form a suspension. The suspension is introduced, while in a non-laminar state, into the dense slurry. Further disclosed is apparatus, such as an extractor and an additive injection system, which can be a part of a cementitious slurry mixing and dispensing assembly.
