A construction site mixing machine for mixing mixing materials contains a mixing container for a mixing material, a mixing tool displacement device, by which a mixing tool is displaceable between a mixing tool use position and a mixing tool non-use position. The mixing tool displacement device has a telescoping device or is formed by such a telescoping device. The mixing tool is displaceable by the telescoping device between the mixing tool use position and the mixing tool non-use position. According to an alternative concept, a control unit is configured to drive the mixing container by the mixing container drive unit in the opposite direction to the mixing tool which is drivable in rotation by the mixing tool drive unit and/or that the control unit has a timer function by which the operating time of the mixing tool drive unit and/or the mixing container drive unit is settable.

Volumetric concrete mixing system, equipment, and method

A mobile volumetric concrete mixing system includes a suction system that vacuums up trench spoils while a trench is being cut. These trench spoils are then screened on-site for particle size to be reused and mixed with water, cement, and/or other admixtures at an auger mixer to form a backfill mixture. This backfill mixture may then be loaded into a hopper that continuously agitates the mixture so that the mixture does not harden before pouring. The agitating hopper is coupled to a discharge chute of the auger mixer and includes one or more augers disposed at various orientations that the backfill mixture is channeled through. From the agitating hopper, the backfill mixture is channeled to an applicator that moves along the trench and that enables the mixture to be quickly poured into the trench with little clean-up required.

A containerized concrete batch plant is disclosed, comprising a container configured to contain a concrete batch plant to permit the transportation of the concrete batch plant. The concrete batch plant comprising one or more aggregate storage silos to receive a plurality of concrete elements. The one or more aggregate storage silos pour the concrete elements onto a conveyor based on quantity determination by a computer via a deductive scale. The conveyor transfers the concrete elements to a two-shaft mixer. An auger-fed hopper has an auger that is directly exposed to the contents inside the two-shaft mixer and transfers the contents inside the two-shaft mixer into the auger-fed hopper. A concrete pump has access to the auger-fed hopper and pumps the concrete inside the auger-fed hopper into a concrete output hose with a concrete output opening. A knuckle crane and/or hydraulic arms holds supersacks above the aggregate storage silos and the two-shaft mixer.
