SYSTEM FOR SECURING AN ANCHOR IN A MINERAL SUBSTRATE
The invention relates to a system for securing an anchor in a borehole in a mineral substrate, in particular concrete, mortar, or brickwork, comprising an anchor with a core section and a threaded section and comprising a furrowing tool for furrowing an internal thread in the borehole, said furrowing tool comprising the following: a main part with a leading end and a trailing end, wherein a force is applied via which a torque can be transmitted to the main part in order to rotate the furrowing tool (10) into the borehole and furrow the thread, and the main part has an outer surface equipped with a furrowing thread which is suitable for furrowing the internal thread into the wall of the borehole. The furrowing tool has a drive element on the leading end of the furrowing tool, said drive element being suitable for interacting with an application of force to the anchor or a part thereof which is to be screwed into the borehole machined by the furrowing tool.
Milling cutting element system
A cylindrical cutting system, a bit holder assembly, and machine for milling or scarifying road surfaces are disclosed. A bit holder is attachable to a milling platform, and includes an inward facing surface for engaging a corresponding mating surface of the milling platform. The inward facing surface of the bit holder and the mating surface include aligning fastener and pin openings. A fastener and a pin are inserted within the respective openings to couple the bit holder to the milling platform. The mating surface may define a part of a recess formed in the milling platform. A wear element may be disposed at the leading side of the bit holder. Multiple platforms may be coupled together with axially extended platform fasteners.
Self-propelled construction machine or mining machine
In a self-propelled construction machine or mining machine, in particular milling machine for working a ground surface, including a machine frame, a working device for working the ground surface, which is supported on the machine frame, wherein the working device is at least partially enclosed by a housing, at least one movable side plate, which closes the housing on at least one of the two sides of the working device , wherein the movable side plate rests on the ground surface in floating position during the working operation, it is provided that a clearing scraper is arranged in front of the at least one movable side plate as seen in the direction of travel, wherein the clearing scraper comprises at least one clearing edge for penetrating ground material lying on the ground surface in front of the movable side plate, and clears the ground material for the movable side plate so that the movable side plate may rest on the ground surface.
MILLING SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR A MILLING MACHINE
A milling system for a milling machine includes at least one cutting assembly configured to be coupled to a drum. Each of the cutting assemblies includes a base portion and an impact portion. The base portion includes a standoff coupled to the drum, a first base block coupled to the standoff, and a second base block coupled to the standoff at a position upstream of the first base block in a direction of rotation of the drum and at angle from the first base block. The impact portion includes a cutting bit and a tool holder coupled to the first base block, and a protective element coupled to the second base block.
Laying machine and a blade assembly
The present invention relates to a laying machine for laying at least one flexible casing or tube, cable or wire including: a blade arrangement for making a trench in the ground, a consolidation and laying means being arranged behind the blade arrangement, for clearing and safe-guarding the trench from collapsing while laying at least one flexible casing or tube, cable or wire into the trench. A blade assembly comprising compartments for cooling fluid and air.

The present invention relates to a laying machine for laying at least one flexible casing or tube, cable or wire including: a blade arrangement (2) for making a trench (5) in the ground, a consolidation and laying means (3) being arranged behind the blade arrangement (2), for clearing and safeguarding the trench (5) from collapsing while laying at least one flexible casing or tube, cable or wire into the trench. A blade assembly comprising compartments for cooling fluid.
Self-Propelled Construction Machine and Method for Operating a Self-Propelled Construction Machine
The self-propelled construction machine according to the invention, in particular road-milling machine, recycler, stabiliser or surface miner, comprises a machine frame 2, which is supported by a chassis 1, which has wheels or tracks 1A, 1B. A milling drum 4 is arranged on the machine frame. The wheels or tracks 1A, 1B and the milling drum 4 are driven by a drive unit 8. Furthermore, the construction machine comprises a control unit 19 for controlling the drive unit 8 and a signal-receiving unit 18 for detecting at least one measurement variable M(t) which is characteristic of an operating state of the milling drum 4. The construction machine is characterised in that the rotational speed of the milling drum 4 is adapted, on the basis of at least one measurement variable M(t) which is characteristic of a critical operating state of the milling drum, to the operating conditions of the construction machine in such a way that the milling drum is operated in a non-critical operating state. The adaptive open-loop control of the milling drum rotational speed allows the construction machine to be operated at an optimum operating point with respect to the milling drum rotational speed.
