Device for dispensing a food item into a hot fluid comprises a bowl having a permanent base and a movable plate positioned about the permanent base. A bottom of the bowl defines an opening for receiving a shaft extending therethrough. The shaft is coupled to the movable plate. A shank is selectively engaged with the bowl, the shank having a handle at a proximal end thereof. A lever is pivotably attached to the shank. The pivotal attachment is spaced apart from the bowl. The lever is detachably coupled to the shaft to impart translation of the movable plate. During operation, the lever is manipulated from a first position to a second position to push the shaft to move the movable plate to thereby eject the food item out of the bowl and into a hot fluid.

An intelligent automatic mold-exchanging system and an intelligent automatic mold-exchanging method are provided. The system include a mold storage unit, a mold assembly and disassembly unit, a mold temporary storage unit, a temporary storage mold pick-and-place unit, a plurality of processing machines, a plurality of mold position preparation units, an exchange mold pick-and-place unit, and a central control unit. The central control unit is electrically connected to the mold storage unit, the mold assembly and disassembly unit, the mold temporary storage unit, the temporary storage mold pick-and-place unit, the processing machines, the mold position preparation units, and the exchange mold pick-and-place unit. Provided is a method for operating a device for shaping plastic preforms to form plastic containers, wherein the device has a movable support on which a plurality of shaping stations for shaping plastic preforms to form plastic containers are arranged, and these shaping stations each have blow molds that are suitable for and intended for molding the plastic preforms and are arranged at least indirectly on blow mold supports. The blow molds are kept at least temporarily in a magazine device, wherein this magazine device is suitable for and intended for receiving several sets of blow molds.

A web packaging machine for forming a food product package from a lower web of packaging material and an upper web of packaging material includes a frame, a web transport conveyor extending along the frame and configured to transport the lower web of packaging material along the frame, and a die box pivotally coupled to the frame and configured to form or close the food product package. A manufacturing system includes a plurality of lamination heads and a head-moving system defining a continuous loop lamination path configured to move the lamination heads in series along the lamination path. There is provided a mold conveying guide device for use in replacement of a mold by conveying the mold into and out of a mold fixing position in an injection molding machine. A connecting arm is attached to the mold and projects in a direction in which the mold is conveyed into the mold fixing position. A guide roller is rotatably supported at a tip end portion of the connecting arm. The guide roller is configured to rotate while being in contact with a mold attaching surface of at least one of a fixed platen and a movable platen, and configured to guide the mold such that the mold can come close to or move away from the at least one of the fixed platen and the movable platen.
