METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF A FIBER COMPOSITE COMPONENT
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a fiber composite member. The method involves the step of producing a fiber layer by depositing at least two fiber webs in a plane adjacent to each other and along a circular guiding arc. The fiber webs are deposited on curved deposition paths that intersect the circular guiding arc with the same predetermined angle, and are formed in the form of portions of circular involutes.
Apparatus for transporting plastics preforms with elimination of disruptions
An apparatus for transporting plastics preforms, having a first transport element that extends along a transport path of the plastics preforms and having a second transport element parallel to the first transport element. The first transport element and the second transport element are spaced apart from one another such that a gap is formed between the first transport element and the second transport element such that a base body of the plastics preforms can pass through this gap, but a support ring of the plastics preforms cannot pass through this gap. The apparatus has a hold-down device that is arranged above the transport elements and/or the mouths of the plastics preforms, wherein the hold-down device has a first hold-down element movable in two opposite directions in a longitudinal direction of the plastics preforms along with a drive device configured to cause these movements during a transport operation of the apparatus.
Systems and Methods of Feeding Hook Fastening Elements
Systems and methods for introducing hook fastening elements into a mold traveling along a mold assembly line are disclosed. The system can be configured to cut hook fastening tape into strips having a predetermined length based on information received from the mold assembly line, and to drop the cut strips directly into the mold at the appropriate intervals as the mold travels along the mold assembly line. Also disclosed is a system for facilitating the continuous feeding of hook fastening tape through the system.
Method and device for fitting injection-molded parts
The invention relates to a device for orienting elements, in particular filter elements (F), for fitting injection-molded parts, in particular pipette tips (P), comprising an accommodating container (1a) for accommodating the filter elements (F) as bulk material, a sieve plate (1), which forms the bottom of the accommodating container and which has bores (11) for accommodating individual filter elements (F), a buffer plate (2), which is arranged under the sieve plate (1) and which has bores (2.1) corresponding to the bores of the buffer plate (2) and which is arranged below the buffer plate in such way that the transfer plate can moved in relation to the buffer plate (2).
Method for manufacturing a composite product
A method for manufacturing a composite product includes folding a first layer of material to create a first folded layer having a first and a second superposed portion extending from a respective first and second free end to a first bend, folding a second layer of material in order to create a second folded layer having a third and a fourth superposed portion extending from a respective third and fourth free end to a second bend, laying the first folded layer over a first element with the first portion in contact with the first element, laying the second folded layer over the first folded layer laying a second element over the second folded layer, compressing the plurality of the fiber layers by either vacuum or gravity, pulling two free ends of the first folded layer and of the second folded layer in order to let them contact each other.

Clip fixing jig
A clip fixing jig for fixing a clip member in a molding die for molding a seat pad has a wall part erected along a whole outer peripheral edge of a bottom part thereof. The wall part forms, above the bottom part, an accommodation space for accommodating extending parts. The clip fixing jig has fixing parts for detachably fixing a clip member, so that a clip member can be fixed to the clip fixing jig by inserting the clip member in the accommodation space. With a clip fixing jig provided in a molding die, a seat pad can be formed by insert molding, so that workability in clip member fixing work is improved.
Method for producing plastic containers
A method for producing a plastics material container from half-shells. The half-shells are aligned at respective edges thereof in at least two directions in space, and then at joined by being butt welded together at the respective edges thereof.
Manufacturing method of reinforcing structure
A manufacturing method of a reinforcing structure includes: preparing a stringer having a fiber exposure surface; arranging an insulation protection material to cover at least a part of the fiber exposure surface; arranging the stringer on a skin having an uncured resin component; and curing the skin after the arranging the stringer. The insulation protection material includes a composite material having a resin component and an insulative fiber component. The curing the skin includes curing the skin and the insulation protection material at the same time. In the manufacturing method of a reinforcing structure, an edge glow discharge can be prevented without increasing a manufacturing process.
Cup holder retainer incorporating an integral preloaded retainer clip
A cup holder retainer is provided. The cup holder retainer includes a support frame and a preloaded retainer clip. The preloaded retainer clip is connected to the support frame by a living hinge and an integral biasing element that biases the preloaded retainer clip into a cup-engaging position.
