A machine for moulding dough for oven-baked products, of the rotary-moulding type, which is characterized by the configuration with which the conveyor belt (8) runs over the moulding roll (2) and preferably also in that it envisages two feed rolls (4A, 4B) opposed to one another positioned above the moulding roll (2).

Device for the production of a three-dimensional object in layers

After the manufacturing of an object by layer-wise solidification from a powder, this object is displaced into a container together with the powder surrounding the object, and is closed by a plate, which is positioned below the object during the manufacturing of the object.

FOOD FORMING DEVICE AND FOOD FORMING EQUIPMENT

A food forming device includes a mold plate and pushers. The mold plate includes n first forming holes and n second forming holes provided alternately in a circumferential direction of the mold plate, n being an integer of two or more. The mold plate intermittently rotates to a first rotation position and to a second rotation position. In the first rotation position, the first forming holes are respectively connected with the discharge holes while lower openings of the second forming holes are obstructed by the bottom plate. In the second rotation position, the second forming holes are respectively connected with the discharge holes while lower openings of the first forming holes are obstructed by the bottom plate. The pushers push out the foodstuffs from the first forming holes or the second forming holes to discharge the foodstuffs as formed food products every time the mold plate intermittently rotates.

MOLDING APPARATUS AND METHOD

A molding apparatus includes a working stamp disposed above a wafer; a vacuum chuck operatively disposed below the wafer and configured to hold the wafer by vacuum force, the vacuum chuck including an inner chuck and an outer chuck surrounding the inner chuck capable of individually moving axially; and a separating ring operatively disposed above a periphery of the wafer.

Processing of three dimensional printed parts

A system for post-print processing of 3D printed parts includes an automated breakout system for separating 3D printed parts from printing media in a tray and a vibratory media cleaning system for removing printing media from the 3D printed parts. The automated breakout system includes a tray input mechanism, a bed including a first end disposed adjacent the tray input mechanism, the bed including one or more passageways configured to pass printing media through the bed, a vibration generator coupled to the bed and configured to vibrate the bed, and a part terminator disposed adjacent a second end of the bed. The vibratory media cleaning system include a vibratory bin, a vibration generator coupled to the vibratory bin and configured to vibrate the vibratory bin, an automated parts loader configured to introduce 3D printed parts to be cleaned into the bin, and an automated parts removal mechanism.

Strain and Kinetics Control During Separation Phase of Imprint Process

Systems and methods for improving robust layer separation during the separation process of an imprint lithography process are described. Included are methods of matching strains between a substrate to be imprinted and the template, varying or modifying the forces applied to the template and/or the substrate during separation, or varying or modifying the kinetics of the separation process.

Clamp device and methods for making and using

Releasable tubing pinch clamps of a generally U-shaped configuration are described. The embodiments include ones that prevent cross-clamping of the tube by various interlocking features on riser portions of the clamp. Methods and molds for making the pinch clamps are also described. For example, a pinch clamp can have a strip that curves so that its ends can be brought together by manually squeezing the strip at its end, which oppose each other as a result of the strip curve. The strip ends have locking edges or surfaces that cause the strip ends to interferingly engage with each other and lock together. The strip also has opposing pinch projections that can pinch a tube.

LAYUP TOOLS THAT FACILITATE TRANSFER OF LAMINATES TO CURE TOOLS

Systems and methods are provided for adjustable tooling. One embodiment is a method that includes laying up a laminate of fiber reinforced material onto a continuous surface that has a convex profile and that comprises a first contoured surface of a fixed mold of a composite layup tool and a second contoured surface of a movable mold of the composite layup tool. The method also includes displacing the movable mold in a direction that is at least partially towards the fixed mold, breaking the continuous surface and releasing the laminate from the composite layup tool
