An article having a textured surface and a method for manufacturing such an article is provided. The article comprises a polymeric layer coated on at least a portion of the article, a plurality of cavities formed in the polymeric layer, wherein each cavity in the plurality of cavities have a size between about 50 microns to about 2000 microns, and wherein a majority of the plurality of cavities have encircling perimeter ridges, and a plurality of channels formed in the polymeric layer between the encircling perimeter ridges.

MOLDED CONTAINER INCORPORATING SURFACE TEXTURE PATTERN

A molded container of plastic material. The molded container including a neck finish defining an opening into the molded container, a body extending from the neck finish and including a shoulder adjacent the neck finish, a base defining a closed end of the container, and a sidewall extending between the shoulder and the base. Formed on a surface of the container and being defined by the plastic material is a molded surface texture pattern.

MOLD ASSEMBLIES FOR USE IN CREATING REPLICAS OF A SURFACE OF A COMPONENT

A mold for use in creating a surface replication of a surface of a component including a body including a first bracket and an opposite second bracket. The first bracket and the second bracket each include an inner surface that defines at least a portion of a boundary of a mold cavity. The mold includes an adjustment mechanism for selectively coupling the first and second brackets to the surface of the component in sealing contact such that the mold cavity is at least partially defined by the boundary of the mold and the surface of the component.

Resin molding die, method for manufacturing resin molding die, method for manufacturing resin molded article, and system for manufacturing resin molded article

To provide a resin molded product having a desired surface shape, a resin molding mold which can manufacture the resin molded product and a method of manufacturing the same, and a resin molding mold manufacturing system to achieve manufacturing of the resin molding mold, a resin molding mold according to the present invention includes a molding mold main body and a resin layer exposedly formed on a mold surface side of the molding mold main body, made of a heat-resistant complex material containing a synthetic resin, and a ceramic powder particle, and having a thickness of 50 to 800 m. The resin molding mold according to the present invention includes the molding mold main body and the resin layer exposedly formed on the mold surface side of the molding mold main body and made of the heat-resistant composite materials including a synthetic resin, and the ceramic powder particle, and recesses and projections are formed on the resin layer by excavating a portion of the resin layer.

PATTERNED THREE-DIMENSIONALLY MOLDED FOOTWEAR AND METHODS OF MAKING THE SAME

Methods for manufacturing at least a portion of an upper for an article of footwear that include thermo-forming a pattern on the upper. The methods may include disposing a skin for forming an upper over and inflatable bladder and disposing a mold insert between the skin and a surface of a mold cavity. The mold insert may include a mold pattern including surface features formed in the mold insert. The inflatable bladder may be inflated such that the skin is pressed against the mold insert within a heated mold cavity to form a pattern on an exterior surface of the skin and cause the skin to take on the shape of at least a portion of an upper. In some embodiments, the surface features may be disposed in a gradient pattern configured to provide varying degrees of one or more characteristics to different areas of an upper.

A MULTIPLE LAYER MATERIAL, PACKAGING MATERIAL COMPRISING SUCH MULTIPLE LAYER MATERIAL, AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING A MULTIPLE LAYER MATERIAL
20260131514 · 2026-05-14 ·

A multiple layer material (11) comprising an extruded profile (27) and at least one lamination material (28, 29) adhered to at least one surface (32, 33) of the extruded profile (27) to form the multiple layer material (11). The lamination material (28, 29) is formed with a structure with indentations (48), and the multiple layer material (11) comprises a melt bond and a mechanical bond (41) between the extruded profile (27) and the lamination material (28, 29), wherein said melt bond is formed by at least partially melting the material of the surface (32, 33) of the extruded profile (27) and at least partially melting only a part of the thickness of the lamination material (28, 29), wherein said mechanical bond (41) is formed by that the material at the at least partially melted surface (32, 33) of the extruded profile (27) is brought into the indentations of the lamination material (28, 29), and wherein the lamination material, at least before it is adhered to the extruded profile, is permeable to air. Disclosed is also a process for producing the multiple layer material.
