METHOD FOR PREPARING A POLYURETHANE COMPOSITE MATERIAL BY VACUUM INFUSION PROCESS
A method for treating a core material is provided. A method for preparing a composite material, the composite material prepared by the method, and the use thereof is also provided.
STONE-PLASTIC COMPOSITE REAL WOOD VENEER FLOOR AND METHOD
The present application discloses a stone-plastic composite real wood veneer floor. The stone-plastic composite real wood veneer floor comprises a stone-plastic composite and a real wood veneer. The real wood veneer is adhered to the stone-plastic composite, wherein a composition of the real wood veneer is less than 12% water. The present application further discloses a method for manufacturing the abovementioned stone-plastic composite real wood veneer floor. The method comprises mixing a stone material and a plastic material to form a mixture; injection molding the mixture to form the stone-plastic composite; vacuum drying the real wood veneer to make the composition of the real wood veneer to be less than 12% water; and adhering the stone-plastic composite with the real wood veneer.
Gas flow device for a system for the radiation treatment of substrates
A system for the radiation treatment of substrates, which includes at least one radiation source above the substrate holders in a chamber, which holders are to be equipped with substrates that are to be treated, and the chamber has means for maintaining a gas flow in the chamber, having at least one gas inlet and at least one gas outlet, characterized in that the at least one gas inlet is situated in the vicinity of the substrate holders so that gas flowing in by means of the at least one gas inlet first flows around the substrate holders before either exiting the chamber directly via the gas outlet or exiting after flowing around the at least one radiation source.
Vermiculite Alternative For Packaging Material
An apparatus and a method are provided for a latex-based packaging material configured to provide a dust-free alternative to vermiculite packaging materials. The latex-based packaging material comprises a portion of a latex-based waste formulated into a recycled latex emulsion, and a portion of particulate material into which the recycled latex emulsion is mixed so as to form a latex-based pulp. In some embodiments, additional components, such as any of various plasticizers, coloring agents, or hardeners, may be included in the latex-base pulp. The latex-based pulp is dispensed and dried so as to form the latex-based packaging material in a variety of desired shapes. Drying may be accomplished by way of unaided atmospheric evaporation, or by way of various conventional drying methods. In some embodiments, the desired shape of the packaging material comprises latex-based packaging peanuts suitable for separating and cushioning forces between containers during transportation in a larger container.
