Method of manufacturing gasket
A process for producing gaskets by curing a liquid molding material applied over a plate by a dispenser, wherein in order to improve accuracy in the cross-sectional shape and/or height of the gaskets, the process comprises the steps of: using a dispenser to coat the upper surface of a plate with a liquid molding material, and form a coating layer extending endlessly in a prescribed pattern; and overlapping a molding jig on the plate, the molding jig having in a lower surface a molding groove extending endlessly in a prescribed pattern corresponding to the coating layer, correcting the cross-sectional shape of the coating layer to a cross-sectional shape that corresponds to the molding groove, and curing the coating layer.

BURR TRIMMING DEVICE
A burr trimming device includes a removing assembly and a directed spraying assembly disposed on a carrier, wherein the directed spraying assembly has a nozzle facing the removing assembly. The directed spraying assembly rapidly freezes objects such as burrs and then the removing assembly removes the hardened objects by coming into rigid contact therewith, thereby ensuring complete removal of the fine flexible burrs.
MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR A CHILD CARRYING DEVICE
A manufacturing method for a child carrying device includes the following steps: providing a mold and disposing a main body of the child carrying device into the mold, and injecting a foam material into a cavity of the mold and foaming the foam material so as to form a flexible layer integrated with the main body. The manufacturing method disposes the main body into the mold and directly forms a flexible layer on the main body, so that the flexible layer ensures safety and comfort of the child carrying device while saves the necessity to dispose a seat pad or a cushion and fixing structures on the main body, and thereby reduces the cost and the work-hour of assembly, and the overall weight of the child carrying device can be reduced by omitting the fixing structures.
VEHICLE KNUCKLE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
A method for manufacturing a vehicle knuckle is provided. The method includes preparing a die for forming the vehicle knuckle, locating at least one busing in the die, filling the die with carbon chip materials, hot press forming the carbon chip materials filled in the die at high temperature and high pressure environment, separating the formed vehicle knuckle from the die, and trimming and removing surplus materials attached to the separated vehicle knuckle.

PARTS AND OUTER LAYERS HAVING DIFFERING PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
Some examples include a computer-readable medium storing executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, are to cause the processor to receive electronic data describing a part to be manufactured in a three-dimensional additive manufacturing process; develop instructions using the electronic data for creating an outer layer on a surface of the part in the additive manufacturing process, where the outer layer having a physical property that differs from that of the surface of the part; and manufacture the part using the instructions.
Scraping tools that deburr multiple edges of a part
Systems and methods are provided for scraping tools for edging composite parts. One embodiment is an apparatus that includes a scraping tool. The scraping tool includes a base member, a first wall upwardly extending from a first side of the base member, a second wall upwardly extending from a second side of the base member, and a channel defined by the base member, the first wall, and the second wall. The scraping tool further includes a first blade mount within the channel that is fixed to the first wall, and a second blade mount within the channel that is fixed to the second wall. The first blade mount secures a blade oriented oblique to the base member, and the second blade mount secures a blade oriented oblique to the base member.
