Disclosed is a disposable curtain system, attachment therefor and method. The disposable curtain system is for use in health care facilities to maintain a clean environment. An attachment for a curtain system having a hook on a track. The hook has a first end affixed to a sliding member, wherein the sliding member slides along the track. A shank extends from the sliding member. The hook has a bend extending from the shank, wherein the a curtain hangs from the bend by gravity when in use; and a point extending from the bend. The attachment has a cover having a first section covering a point, a second section of the cover, covering at least a portion of a shank, and a third section of the cover, covering a portion of a gap between the shank and the point.

Disclosed is a disposable curtain system, a hook attachment and a quick-release system therefor and method. The disposable curtain system is for use in health care facilities to maintain a clean environment. The disposable curtain system includes: a hook attachment; an extension, operatively attached to the hook attachment; and a quick-release, operatively attached to the extension and adapted to be attached to a curtain. The quick-release includes; an extension attachment; and a curtain attachment, wherein at least one of the curtain attachment and the extension attachment has a neck and a head and the other of the curtain attachment and the extension attachment has at least one of a cradle or receiver for receiving the head.

A drapery carrier installation system includes carriers, each having a carrier body and to engage with a track for hanging drapery; an installation rack for holding the carriers relative to one another prior to installation, the installation rack having protrusions for engaging with the carriers; the carriers are secured above the top surface of the installation rack; and the installation rack is removed via a downward or sideways force applied to the installation rack, thereby releasing the installation rack from each of the carriers.

Certain embodiments describe a privacy or cubicle curtain system and a carrier utilized by the system. For example, certain embodiments can be directed to a breakaway carrier. The breakaway carrier can include a first holder comprising one or more first legs and/or a second holder comprising one or more second legs. The breakaway carrier can include a central leg located between the first holder and second holder. The breakaway carrier can include a chain having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is located in the first holder and the second end is located in the second holder.

Certain embodiments describe a privacy or cubicle curtain system and a carrier utilized by the system. For example, certain embodiments can be directed to a breakaway carrier. The breakaway carrier can include a first holder comprising one or more first legs and/or a second holder comprising one or more second legs. The breakaway carrier can include a central leg located between the first holder and second holder. The breakaway carrier can include a chain having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is located in the first holder and the second end is located in the second holder.
