METHOD FOR PREPARING AN ANTI-ADHESION BARRIER FILM
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a surgical anti-adhesion barrier film comprising the following steps: a°) a first solution, comprising an oxidized collagen is prepared, b) a polyphosphate compound is added to the solution of a) in a quantity so as to obtain a concentration of polyphosphate ranging from 0.007 to 0.7%, by weight, with respect to the total weight of the solution, c) the pH of the solution obtained in b) is adjusted to about 9 by addition of a base or to about 5.1 by addition of an acid, d) a diluted solution is prepared by adding water to solution of c), e) a first layer of solution obtained in c) is casted on an inert support, f) before complete gelation of the layer obtained in d), a second layer, of diluted solution obtained in d) is applied on top of said first layer and let to gelify, g) the gelified first and second layers are dried to obtain a film. The invention further relates to a film obtainable by such a method and to a surgical implant comprising a prosthetic fabric and such a film.

Dried hydrogel, dried vitrigel membrane, and methods for producing the same
A dried vitrigel membrane is produced by a method including the following steps of (1) a step of keeping a hydrogel in the inside of a wall surface mold with a shape the same as the desired shape disposed on a substrate, and discharging a part of free water within the hydrogel from a gap between the substrate and the wall surface mold; (2) a step of removing the wall surface mold from the top of the substrate; (3) a step of drying the hydrogel to remove the residual free water, thereby fabricating a vitrified dried hydrogel; (4) a step of rehydrating the dried hydrogel to fabricate a vitrigel membrane; and (5) a step of redrying the vitrigel membrane to remove free water, thereby fabricating a vitrified dried vitrigel membrane.

GLOVE DEMOLDING MECHANISM, GLOVE COUNTING MACHINE AND GLOVE DEMOLDING METHOD
The application discloses a glove demolding mechanism, a glove counting machine and a glove demolding method. The glove demolding mechanism includes a glove demolding unit, a first induction device and a vertical power assembly, the glove demolding unit is fixed on the vertical power assembly, and the vertical power assembly is capable of driving the glove demolding unit to move vertically, the first induction device is arranged at a position away from rear ends of the glove demolding units for a set distance, and the glove demolding unit can move upwards to the appropriate position under the bottom of gloves to clamp the gloves driving by the vertical power assembly. When the glove demolding mechanism is used to separate the gloves from hand molds, the gloves can be more ordered.
