Injection-moulded component, joint, injection-moulding device, and method for producing an injection-moulded component

An injection-molded component having a casing body of plastics material and a core which is made of a core material, in particular of a metal, which is at least partially received within the casing body and is at least partially insert-molded. The injection-molded component may in particular serve as a joint part of a joint. As a result of the preferably metallic core, the injection-molded component, despite comparatively small dimensioning, is capable of being comparatively highly stressed. By virtue of the casing body of plastics material, a minor actuation noise may be implemented for the joint, even without complex lubrication.

The invention relates to a composite component that has improved bonding properties and includes a substrate (i) made of a thermoplastic polymer blend composition, and a coating (ii); in a layer located 5 to 10 μm below the boundary surface between the substrate (i) and the coating (ii), the substrate (i) has a dispersed, non-lamellar phase structure. Polarizable compact

A polarizable compact is provided with high productivity, which makes a polarizing sheet resistant to the occurrence of color unevenness and voids and also resistant to the occurrence of variations in polarization degree accompanying thermal shrinkage and the like of a protective layer (protective film). A polarizable compact is used for glasses, and a method of manufacturing the same. An injection-molded portion made of a transparent plastic material is thermally bonded to the concave surface side of a polarizing sheet having a predetermined curvature radius. The polarizing sheet has a polarizer layer held between first and second protective layers respectively serving as a convex surface side and a concave surface side. Both the first and second protective layers are formed from transparent films by a casting method with retardation (Re)≤50 nm. The transparent films for the first and second protective layers are respectively formed from an acylcellulose-based film and a polyamide-based film.

The present disclosure relates to two-component coating material compositions including a paint base component A and a curing component B. The paint base component A includes one or more polyols A1 selected from the group of polyols containing ester groups and which possess a hydroxyl number of 300 to 500 mg KOH/g and have a hydroxyl group functionality of greater than 2. The curing component B includes one or more polyisocyanates B1 having on average 2.4 to 5 NCO groups. The two-component coating material composition possesses a solids content of at least 96 wt %, and the molar ratio of the NCO groups in the curing component B to the acidic hydrogen atoms in the paint base component A is from 1:1.15 to 1:0.95. The disclosure further relates to a method for coating fiber-reinforced plastics and to a method for producing coated fiber-reinforced plastics, and to coating fiber-reinforced plastics.

The present invention provides a methacrylic resin composition comprising 100 parts by mass of a methacrylic resin comprising 50 to 97% by mass of a methacrylic acid ester monomer unit (A), 3 to 30% by mass of a structural unit (B) having a ring structure in the backbone, and 0 to 20% by mass of an additional vinyl monomer unit (C) copolymerizable with a methacrylic acid ester monomer, and 0.001 to 0.2 parts by mass of a compound (D) having a predetermined structure, the methacrylic resin composition satisfying the following conditions (I) and (II):
(I): a weight-average molecular weight of the methacrylic resin composition as measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) is 65,000 to 300,000, and
(II): a mass ratio between the component (D) and the structural unit (B) having a ring structure in the backbone is 25≤(B)/(D)≤1000.

A thermoplastic resin composition includes 100 parts by weight of a base resin including 5 to 40% by weight of a vinyl cyanide compound-conjugated diene rubber-aromatic vinyl compound graft copolymer (a) containing conjugated diene rubber having a particle diameter of 0.05 μm to 0.2 μm, 5 to 40% by weight of a vinyl cyanide compound-conjugated diene rubber-aromatic vinyl compound graft copolymer (b) containing conjugated diene rubber having a particle diameter of greater than 0.2 μm and less than or equal to 0.5 μm, and 50 to 80% by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound copolymer (c); and more than 0.01 parts by weight and less than 2 parts by weight of a compound having a kinematic viscosity (25° C.) greater than 5 cSt and less than 200 cSt. The resin composition has excellent plating characteristics.
