INJECTION-MOULDED COMPONENT, JOINT, INJECTION-MOULDING DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN INJECTION-MOULDED COMPONENT
20190001539 · 2019-01-03 ·

An injection-molded component having a casing body of plastics material and a core which is made of a core material, in particular of a metal, which is at least partially received within the casing body and is at least partially insert-molded. The injection-molded component may in particular serve as a joint part of a joint. As a result of the preferably metallic core, the injection-molded component, despite comparatively small dimensioning, is capable of being comparatively highly stressed. By virtue of the casing body of plastics material, a minor actuation noise may be implemented for the joint, even without complex lubrication.

CAP FOR CONTAINER
20180370701 · 2018-12-27 ·

A cap for a container is formed so that the cap has a top plate and a circular sidewall. Two opposite sides of the circular sidewall circularly connect to each other, one periphery of the circular sidewall connecting to one surface of the top plate forming a closed end, and another periphery of the circular sidewall at an opposite side of the closed end forms an opened end. Incisions are in the circular sidewall. The incisions form a ring member located at the opened end of the cap separated from a main body of the cap by a first incision and a second incision between the opened end of the main body and the ring member.

Temple for a pair of glasses

A method for production of an eyeglass temple, the method including an injection of a first material into an injection molding tool upon forming an eyeglass temple main part with a main body and an inclination bearing body, and an injection of a second material into an eyeglass temple adjustment part cavity of the injection molding tool upon overmolding at least partly the inclination bearing body to form an eyeglass temple adjustment part, which is penetrated by the inclination bearing body and pivotable in relation thereto, after the first material has cured at least partly, and a removal of the eyeglass temple, which is in an eyeglass temple injection molding position, from the injection molding tool when the first material and the second material have cured at least partly.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A SENSOR FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
20240278464 · 2024-08-22 ·

A method for manufacturing a sensor for a motor vehicle. The method includes the steps of placing leads on a support, positioning a mold, injecting overmolding material into the mold so as to obtain a sealing housing comprising a body and a hatch, the hatch being formed adjacently to the belt in the plane of the lower face of the body by being connected to the joining lateral face by at least one portion of overmolding material, called connecting portion, removing the mold, applying a force to the hatch in order to insert it by sliding and close the lower face of the sealing housing, filling the internal space of the sealing housing with a sealing gel in order to seal the leads, and externally overmolding the entire sensor.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A SENSOR FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
20240278463 · 2024-08-22 ·

A method for manufacturing a sensor for a motor vehicle, includes the steps of placement of the connection pins, positioning of a first mold, injection of material into the first mold so as to obtain a support overmolding comprising a receiving face and, on each lateral face, a holding member having a shape in relief of triangular section delimiting a cavity, placement of the sensitive element on the support overmolding, welding of the connectors, positioning of a second mold, which is different from the first mold, around the assembly formed by the pins and the support overmolding, and two holding pegs of which, for each peg, one end is housed in the cavity of one of the holding members, injection of material into the second mold so as to obtain the final overmolding of the sensor, removal of the mold so as to obtain the sensor.

Method for manufacturing a steering wheel
