A method for producing a molded product 70 involves the use of a mold 40 including a cavity 44 to which a molding material is supplied and an intercepting member 45 capable of moving back and forth within the cavity 44. The method comprises an interception step for moving the intercepting member 45 into the cavity 44 and an injection step for injecting the molding material into the cavity 44. During the injection step, the intercepting member 45 is used to regulate the flow of the molding member inside the cavity 44 at the initial stage of the injection. The intercepting member is thereafter pulled into the mold 40.

A lens according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an optical part constituting an optical surface of the lens; a flange part formed on the periphery of the optical part; a first cutting part formed on one side of the flange part; and a second cutting part formed on the other side of the flange part, wherein the first cutting part and the second cutting part may be formed to form angles which are perpendicular to each other with respect to the central axis of the optical part. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce a lens shape error which occurs when assembling a lens, and prevent a decrease in the resolution of the lens.

A molding system for applying moldable material to a pipe. An elongate mold has at least one elongate mold member movable relative another elongate mold member between open and closed positions. In the closed position, the mold may define an elongate vent between the mold members that extends along the longitudinal axis of the mold. Air in the mold cavity displaced by moldable material received into the mold cavity vents through the elongate vent along the longitudinal axis of the mold. The mold can include a positioner that positions the mold members in the closed position while the mold is filled with the moldable material. The positioner also allows movement of the first mold member toward the open position to partially open the mold as the moldable material cures to reduce forces imparted upon the mold due to expansion of the moldable material during curing.

An end side of the running ring has a multiplicity of molding points (13) which run on the sector radii (R) of circular sectors which have a common center point on the rotational axis (15) of the belt pulley and at least two center point angles (α) of different size. Part of the circular sectors are to have sector radii, on which the molding points have cross sections of different size. Here, the center point angle of the adjacent circular sector on the side of the larger molding cross section is larger than the center point angle of the adjacent circular sector on the side of the smaller molding cross section.

A plug-in connector produced by injection molding a plastic material and having an internal channel for a fluid and having three main sections situated axially one behind the other. The plug-in connector has a gate point on its outer circumference solely on one side and a mass distribution of the plastic material that is radially asymmetrical with respect to the circumference and which is present in at least one of the main sections of the shaped part. A method for the production of the plug-in connector is likewise disclosed.

The synthetic resin molding includes a bend arranged on a side edge of the molding body and bending toward its back surface, and a flange protruding laterally from the bend and including a notch. The molding method includes arranging a gate at a position corresponding to an end of one side of the flange in a longitudinal direction and performing injection molding using a colored resin material containing a luster agent kneaded in the material, and forming a thin portion of the bend in a longitudinal direction of the bend to form a groove on a back surface of the bend.

Also, a thinly-molded portion is molded integrally with the second skirt portion from the second mold resin. According to this kind of configuration, adhesion between the thinly-molded portion and lead frame is high, and the semiconductor device with excellent heat dissipation and insulation is obtained.
