Golf ball having non-planar parting line
The present invention is directed to a golf ball having a non-planar parting line on its spherical surface.
LENS HOLDER, MANUFACTURING MEHTOD THEREOF AND PORTABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A lens holder including a base, a gate mark and a tubular portion is provided. The base includes a plurality of sidewalls, and any two adjacent sidewalls are connected to each other to form an outer edge. A turning corner is formed between every two adjacent sidewalls, and the base includes a chamfer located at a turning corner. The gate mark is disposed at the chamfer. The tubular portion is connected to the base, and the tubular portion extends along the direction away from the base. Besides, a portable electronic device and a manufacturing method of the lens holder are also provided.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE
The reliability of a semiconductor device is improved. During resin injection in a molding step, in a plan view, a plurality of gates of a molding die are arranged at positions different from those over extended lines of a plurality of dicing regions and a resin is injected from the gates. In this way, it becomes possible to reduce entrainment of air in the dicing regions and to lower an occurrence rate of voids. As a consequence, it becomes possible to suppress an occurrence of poor appearance such as formation of voids in a sealing body and to suppress formation of a starting point of a crack which may occur during a reflow process. Thus, the reliability of the semiconductor device can be improved.
Plunger for a syringe and method of making such a plunger
A plunger for advancing a substance in a syringe toward a dispensing nozzle. The plunger has a plunger rod and a seal and being formed of a plastic composition. The plastic composition includes a polymer and a filler which is non-uniformly distributed within the polymer to provide the plunger rod and the seal with different mechanical properties depending on the filler content in the portions of the plastic composition plunger forming the rod and the seal. The invention preferably provides a dental syringe which can be conveniently used, and further helps minimizing costs in the manufacturing of the dental syringe.
Method of injection molding of plastic materials
A method of injection molding of plastic materials into a cavity of a mold with a molding apparatus including a distributor of the pressurized fluid plastic material connected to at least one injector having a pin valve displaceable between a fully closed position and an open position. The method includes a filling step following displacement of the pin valve from the fully closed position to the open position, a packing step of the pressurized plastic material keeping the pin valve in the open position, and a step of displacement and maintenance of the pin valve in at least one partially closed intermediate position prior to its complete closure.
Method for composite flow molding
An apparatus for molding a part includes a plunger cavity, a plunger, and a mold cavity, wherein the plunger is oriented out-of-plane with respect to a major surface of the mold cavity, and first and second vents couples to respective first and second portions of the mold cavity. In a method, resin and fiber are forced into the mold cavity from a plunger cavity, and at least some of the fibers and resin are preferentially flowed to certain region in the mold cavity via the use of vents.
Injection molded article
An injection molded article obtained by injection molding a thermoplastic resin composition comprising 100 parts by mass of a thermoplastic resin and 50 parts by mass or less of at least one of a filler and a colored metallic pigment, wherein at least one weld exists, and a long diameter of 95% by mass or more of the filler existing within a cross-sectional depth of 50 μm or less from a surface of the weld is parallel to the surface of the weld.
Elastomer molded body for medical device, method of manufacturing of elastomer molded body for medical device, and medical device
An elastomer molded body for a medical device includes an elastomer portion and a filler. The elastomer portion contains a crosslinked fluorine-based elastomer. The filler is formed from a plurality of particles each of which has aspect ratio of 5 or more and specific surface area of 3 m.sup.2/g or more and 10 m.sup.2/g or less. The aspect ratio is defined as a ratio of a dimension in a long axis direction thereof to a dimension in a short axis direction thereof. The filler has an uneven distribution in a surface layer part of the elastomer portion and is oriented in a direction along a surface of the elastomer molded body.
INJECTION MOLDING METHOD
Provided is an injection molding method for obtaining an injection molded article using an injection molding machine by means of filling a mold cavity of a mold with a molten copolymer from a nozzle of the injection molding machine, wherein the minimum thickness of the mold cavity is 0.8 mm or less, the total projected area of the mold is 1 cm.sup.2 or more, and the copolymer is a copolymer containing a tetrafluoroethylene unit and a fluoroalkyl vinyl ether unit, wherein the number of functional groups is 100 or less per 10.sup.6 main-chain carbon atoms of the copolymer.
Method and apparatus for substantially constant pressure injection molding of thinwall parts
A substantially constant pressure injection molding method and machine that forms molded parts by injecting molten thermoplastic material into a mold cavity at a substantially constant pressure. As a result, the mold cavity is filled with molten thermoplastic material by advancing a continuous flow front of thermoplastic material from a gate to an end of the mold cavity.
