The support ribs are arranged with a gap in a width direction of the leg part. A portion of the hinge member is buried in the flange part. In a region of the hinge member between a tip of each of the support ribs and an end surface of the flange part, at least an upper part in a thickness direction of the hinge member is exposed from the support ribs. A portion of the hinge member positioned between adjacent ones of the support ribs is exposed from the support ribs and the flange part.
