Injection mold of a plastic preform
An injection mold of a plastic preform includes first, second and third parts, the third part having a molding cavity defining an axis and adapted to be fixed to a first surface of a mold frame; the second part between the first and third parts slides along the axis to close or open the cavity. The first part includes a rod that slides along the axis through a second surface of the frame. The second part includes: a guiding cage through which the longitudinal rod can slide; a structure; and parallel guiding rods extending to the structure; an assembly sliding inside the cage; and a punch sliding inside the structure and defining a first complementary component of the cavity;
wherein the structure defines, together with the punch, a cam system for opening or closing two half-collars which define, when closed, a second complementary component of the cavity.

Electronic device and method for manufacturing the same
An electronic device includes a first molded product integrated with an electronic component, and a second molded product secondarily molded outside of the first molded product. The first molded product includes a thermosetting resin, and a first additive contained in the thermosetting resin, and the second molded product includes a thermoplastic resin, and a second additive contained in the thermoplastic resin and having a reactive group that chemically bonds with the first additive. At an interface between the first molded product and the second molded product, the first additive and the second additive are joined to each other by one or more joint actions selected from covalent bonding, ionic bonding, hydrogen bonding, intermolecular forces, dispersion force, and diffusion. As a result, the adhesion between both the molded products can be firmly secured through the molding technique such as the transfer molding method or the compression molding method.
Molding system with movable mold tool
An apparatus for molding a physical body comprising at least two mold materials, wherein the apparatus comprises a first mold tool and a second mold tool configured for defining a mold volume in between in which the physical body is moldable by supplying the at least two mold materials, and a supply unit configured for separately supplying the at least two mold materials to the mold volume, wherein at least part of at least one of the first mold tool and the second mold tool is movable to thereby increase the dimension of the mold volume after having supplied the first mold material to the mold volume and before and/or during supplying the second mold material to the mold volume.

CURABLE SILICONE COMPOSITION FOR TRANSFER MOLDING, CURED PRODUCT THEREOF, AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
Provided is a curable silicone composition and applications thereof. The curable silicone composition has low modulus and flexibility even at high temperature of a cured product formed therefrom, and superior stress relaxation properties, so that the cured product does not readily warp or become defective when integrally molded with a base material, and has superior demolding property (e.g. mold release) of the cured product after transfer molding. A curable silicone composition for transfer molding, where (1) the maximum torque measured from a molding temperature of room temperature through 200° C. using a moving die rheometer (MDR) is less than 50 dN-m, and (2) the loss tangent (tans) expressed by the ratio of stored torque value/lost torque value is less than 0.2.

HITCH STEP AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING
The present invention relates to a hitch step that may be secured to a vehicle in a hitch receiver, and a method of manufacturing the same, that overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art. The present invention provides a multi-step pressurization method that produces a strong, compact hitch step that is cost effect to manufacture.
Method for composite flow molding
An apparatus for molding a part includes a plunger cavity, a plunger, and a mold cavity, wherein the plunger is oriented out-of-plane with respect to a major surface of the mold cavity, and first and second vents couples to respective first and second portions of the mold cavity. In a method, resin and fiber are forced into the mold cavity from a plunger cavity, and at least some of the fibers and resin are preferentially flowed to certain region in the mold cavity via the use of vents.
Elastomer molded body for medical device, method of manufacturing of elastomer molded body for medical device, and medical device
An elastomer molded body for a medical device includes an elastomer portion and a filler. The elastomer portion contains a crosslinked fluorine-based elastomer. The filler is formed from a plurality of particles each of which has aspect ratio of 5 or more and specific surface area of 3 m.sup.2/g or more and 10 m.sup.2/g or less. The aspect ratio is defined as a ratio of a dimension in a long axis direction thereof to a dimension in a short axis direction thereof. The filler has an uneven distribution in a surface layer part of the elastomer portion and is oriented in a direction along a surface of the elastomer molded body.
