Cordless Covering for Sliding Glass Doors and Large Windows

Disclosed herein is a cordless covering for a sliding glass door or other large opening or window that can be arranged in at least three different configurations. In one configuration, one or more slats may be inserted into various pockets on the covering to enable an individual to gather the slats together and change a length of the covering. In a second configuration, a portion of the covering may be draped over one of the pockets of the covering to change the length of the covering. In a third configuration, the covering can be pulled to one side of the sliding glass door such that the width of the covering is changed.

The present invention provides a magnetic shower curtain system that maintains a shower curtain in place along opposing shower enclosure walls. The magnetic shower curtain system includes a shower rod assembly, a mounting assembly, and a shower curtain assembly. The shower rod assembly is operable to be mounted between the opposing shower enclosure walls. The shower rod assembly includes a shower rod. The shower rod includes a first outer end and a second outer end. The mounting assembly is operable to be mounted to the opposing shower enclosure walls. The shower curtain assembly is operable to be hung between the opposing shower enclosure walls. The shower curtain assembly includes a plurality of shower rings. The shower rings are operable to be placed on the shower rod, connected to the shower curtain, and slid along the shower rod. The shower rings include a first outer shower ring and a second outer shower ring. One of: (1) the first outer shower ring and the second outer shower ring, and (2) the first outer end and the second outer end of the shower rod or the mounting assembly, includes a magnet. The other of: (1) the first outer shower ring and the second outer shower ring, and (2) the first outer end and the second outer end of the shower rod or the mounting assembly, includes a magnet or a magnetically attractable material. The shower curtain is maintained in place along the opposing shower enclosure walls by attraction of the magnet of one of: (1) the first outer shower ring and the second outer shower ring, and (2) the first outer end and the second outer end of the shower rod or the mounting assembly, to the magnet or the magnetically attractable material of the other of: (1) the first outer shower ring and the second outer shower ring, and (2) the first outer end and the second outer end of the shower rod or the mounting assembly.

Roman shade with translucent layer and opaque layer

A Roman shade includes a translucent layer and at least one opaque layer. The translucent layer is connected to the top box. Multiple rows of first magnets are positioned transversely on the translucent layer. A translucent area is formed between any two adjacent rows of the first magnets. The opaque layer includes multiple rows of second magnets positioned transversely thereon, and an opaque area is formed between two any adjacent rows of the second magnets. The at least one opaque layer is folded to attract the second magnets on the at least one opaque layer to the first magnets on the translucent layer to expose the translucent areas.
