SEPARABLE HOSPITAL CURTAIN

A curtain is suitable for use in a hospital or patient facilities or in surgical settings. The curtain includes a bottom panel removably attached and suspended from a top panel. The top panel may be suspended from a rail by suspension means such as hooks or rings. The top panel may be a mesh so as to allow air, light, and/or water to pass through. The bottom panel may be opaque to provide privacy. The bottom panel may be single-use or disposable, or may be reusable. The top and bottom panels are joined by a zipper to allow for removal of the bottom panel for washing or replacement. The zipper track has curved portions to allow for easier access to begin the zipping and unzipping process. The curved portions orient the zipper out of the plane of the curtain to allow for easier movement of zipper through the curved portions.

This invention relates to a curtain with an adjustable longitudinal size and a manufacturing method thereof. The curtain includes an upper curtain piece and a lower curtain piece, and the upper curtain piece is detachably spliced with the lower curtain piece through a lateral flexible splicing assembly. The lateral flexible splicing assembly includes a first splicing part fixed at the upper curtain piece, and a second splicing part fixed at the lower curtain piece and cooperating with the first splicing part to detachably splice the upper curtain piece and the lower curtain piece. One of the first splicing part and the second splicing part is provided with a plurality of splicing positions, and the other one of the first splicing part and the second splicing part bonds a selected one of the splicing positions so as to splice the curtain with different longitudinal sizes.

The present invention is a method of preparing and assembling certain prefabricated products (identified below as (a) Suspension Rods; (b) Decorative Finished Wood; (c) Locking Pin; and (d) Rubber Gasket) which, once assembled, will serve as a high end room divider or window covering (also known as window treatments). The inventive framework allows the user who is preparing and assembling the product to have an installed room divider or window coverage that is clean, with no marks, and also able to be assembled by one person, as opposed to having multiple parties present to effect installation.

A window blinds may comprise a headrail, a plurality of track bars, and a plurality of blinds. The headrail has a plurality of parallel rail portions, and two covers respectively cover two lateral ends of the headrail. Each of guiding members formed at an upper portion of the track bar is configured to be received in the rail portion of the headrail. Each of the track bars comprises a connecting groove at a lower portion thereof, and each of the blinds is connected to a strip at an upper edge thereof which is configured to be coupled in the connecting groove. The guiding members of the track bars are arranged and limited in the rail portion of the headrail, thereby enabling the window blinds to be assembled and used easily and reducing the sizes of the headrail and the track bars.

A hanging weight structure for a curtain has a hanging weight member and two cover caps. A top portion of the hanging weight member has an assembling slot configured for accepting a curtain sheet. The two cover caps are respectively jacketed onto two ends of the hanging weight member and blocks the connecting member. One of the cover caps has a connecting member toward the hanging weight member and pushing against a side of the hanging weight member, and the connecting member has a concave shape capable of accepting another hanging weight member. A dividing member connects the connecting member and the cover cap, and a separating space is defined by the dividing member, and the cover cap and another hanging weight member. Another cover cap has a positioning bar parallel to the hanging weight member and is disposed at a same side as the connecting member for positioning.
