Container in which inner surface is formed from olefin resin layer

A method of producing a directly blow-formed container. The method includes subjecting a multilayered parison having an inner surface formed of an olefin resin to direct blow forming, the olefin resin containing (i) an organic bleeding lubricant having a melting point of not higher than 50° C. in an amount of 5 to 10% by mass, and (ii) a high silica zeolite having a silica/alumina mole ratio of not less than 80 in an amount of 0.2 to 3.0% by mass.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A CELLULOSE PRODUCT, CELLULOSE PRODUCT FORMING APPARATUS AND CELLULOSE PRODUCT

A method for manufacturing a cellulose product, comprising the steps: dry forming a cellulose blank in a dry forming unit; arranging the cellulose blank in a forming mould; heating the cellulose blank to a forming temperature in the range of 100° C. to 200° C.; and pressing the cellulose blank in the forming mould with a forming pressure of at least 1 MPa.

High strength blow-molded structure

A blow-molded plastic structure has a hollow interior portion formed during a blow-molding process, and includes first and second outer portions that are spaced apart from each other, with the hollow interior portion disposed there between. The structure includes a pattern of structural stiffening features that are integrally formed in the second outer portion. The pattern of structural stiffening features includes a plurality of tripodal depressions disposed in rows and columns and a plurality of convex regions disposed in rows and columns between the plurality of tripodal depressions. Each convex region has a maximum height between the first and second outer portions. Each of the tripodal depressions extends into the hollow interior portion, includes three indentations disposed adjacent the first outer portion, and includes an island spaced away from the first outer portion. The island has three sides, each of which is disposed adjacent one of the three indentations.

POLYESTER CONTAINER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
20220380595 · 2022-12-01 ·

The present invention relates to a polyester container. The polyester container is formed from a polyester resin containing a particular content of diol moieties derived from isosorbide and diethylene glycol, and thus can show high transparency in spite of a great wall thickness thereof.

CONTAINER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE

A method for manufacturing a container includes injecting a first material into a first mold to form a top portion of a preform. The first material and a second material are injected into the first mold to form a bottom portion of the preform. The preform is disposed in a second mold. The preform is blow molded into a finished container.

High-density polyethylene compositions, method of making the same, injection molded articles made therefrom, and method of making such articles

A high-density polyethylene composition that is formulated for being injection molded into an injection-molded bottle cap closure comprising a skirt that axially extends from the periphery of a base, and internal screw threads for securing the cap to a container, and method of producing the same.

POLYPROPYLENE COMPOSITION

New polypropylene composition which combines low sealing initiation temperature (SIT), high hot-tack, good optical properties, like low haze and its use, and improved stiffness/impact balance.

OPAQUE POLYESTER-BASED MATERIALS

The invention discloses a preform for a container comprising a polyester, titanium dioxide, and a light absorbing additive. In addition, a process for preparing a polyester-based container from such a preform is disclosed, as well as a polyester-based container obtainable by such a process. The opaque containers can for instance be used for storing light-sensitive solids and/or liquids. The optical properties of the preform result in improved properties during blow-moulding processes.
