Apparatus and method for heating plastic preforms with controllable heating power
Provided is an apparatus for heating plastic preforms, with a transport device which transports the plastic preforms along a predefined transport path, wherein this transport device has a plurality of holding elements for holding the plastic preform, and with at least one first heating section which is arranged along the transport path, and at least one second heating section which is arranged along the transport path downstream of the first heating section, wherein the heating sections each include a plurality of independently controllable heating elements which allow heating of the plastic preforms in several heating zones, lying above each other in the longitudinal direction of the plastic preforms, with a temperature profile which changes in the longitudinal direction of the plastic preforms, wherein the apparatus includes a control device for controlling these heating sections.
Flexible plant for treating containers
Provided is a device for treating containers, comprising a heating device for heating plastic preforms, wherein the heating device has a plurality of heating stations which are suitable for individually heating the plastic preforms, and wherein the heating device has a transport device which transports the plastic preforms individually through the heating device, and comprising a reshaping device which is suitable and intended for reshaping the plastic preforms heated by the heating device into plastic containers. This reshaping device is arranged downstream of the heating device in the transport direction of the plastic preforms, and the reshaping device has a movable support, on which a plurality of reshaping stations are arranged for reshaping the plastic preforms into the plastic containers. The device also comprises a transport device, for transporting the heated plastic preforms individually from the heating device to the reshaping device, and a decorating device.
BIFURCATED DUAL-BALLOON CATHETER SYSTEM FOR BIFURCATED VESSELS
A bifurcated dual-balloon catheter apparatus for deploying one or more stents to a bifurcated vessel or for use in angioplasty procedures involving bifurcated vessels. The apparatus is particularly suited for bifurcated vessels of the type having a main branch from which a side branch extends therefrom. The apparatus has a main branch balloon and a side branch balloon. A conduit is provided in the main branch balloon through which a portion of the side branch balloon extends. The first balloon is positionable within the main branch of the vessel while the distal portion of the second balloon is positionable within the side branch such that when the first and second balloons are inflated, the first balloon expands radially in the main branch while the distal portion of said second balloon maintains registration with the side branch by expanding radially therein.
PREFORM FOR LIQUID BLOW MOLDING
A PET preform from which a container of a desired shape can be accurately molded by liquid blow molding. A configuration is adopted where the preform has a bottomed cylinder shape provided with a mouth portion and a body portion and, when molded by liquid blow molding into a container, the body portion is stretched in an axial direction at a stretch ratio of 1.50 or more and 3.10 or less and is stretched in a radial direction at a stretch ratio of 2.26 or more and 3.70 or less.
LIQUID BLOW-MOLDING METHOD FOR DELAMINATION CONTAINER
A liquid blow-molding method for molding a delamination container from a resin container material. The resin container material includes an outer layer, an inner layer, and an ambient air introduction hole. The delamination container includes an outer layer body and an inner layer body, which is laminated on the inner side of the outer layer body in a manner such that the inner layer body is separatable from the outer layer body. The liquid blow-molding method includes the container molding step of molding the container material into the delamination container by supplying a pressurized liquid into the container material; and the inner layer body separation step of separating the inner layer body from the outer layer body by sucking the liquid out of the delamination container.
