Type of speaker cabinet, and an extrusion blow mould and manufacturing method for a speaker cabinet
This invention provides a speaker cabinet, and the aforementioned speaker cabinet includes a containment space within; multiple reinforcing rib connectors pass through the space between the two faces on the inside of the aforementioned containment space with the largest area; when these two faces start moving towards or away from each other, the reinforcing rib connectors provide resistance in the opposite direction of the movement; the aforementioned cabinet and reinforcing rib connectors are created in one piece via extrusion blow moulding. The invention provides a speaker cabinet, where the total capacity of the cabinet can remain unchanged during use, and the cabinet is very light-weight, and the inner walls of the cavity are also very thin. Completely fulfils sound quality and portability requirements.
METHOD OF PRODUCING A HOLLOW BODY
A method for producing a hollow body for storing gases, the hollow body including at least one boss part having a projection. The method includes providing a sheathing composed of a plastic material or a reactive material, over the at least one boss part, at least in a region of the projection. The sheathed at least one boss part is then heated and introduced into a blow mould, where it is surrounding with a plastic tube to form the hollow body. The plastic tube is then brought into permanent contact with the sheathing on the projection to thereby obtain a permanent material connection between the plastic of the plastic tube to the plastic or the reactive material of the sheathing. An internal pressure is then applied to the plastic of the plastic tube to obtain a final shape of the hollow body.

Method of manufacturing a plastic tank
A method for producing a plastic tank includes preparing a tank wall as a hot extrudate. A reinforcing sheet is then attached to at least one region of the outer layer of the hot extrudate. After introducing the attached reinforcing sheet and the hot extrudate into a shaping tool, the shaping tool performs shaping of the hot extrudate and the attached reinforcing sheet to form the tank wall, while simultaneously enhancing the attachment of the reinforcing sheet to the tank wall.
