METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR MANUFACTURING GUN HOLSTER
A method for forming a molded article includes the steps of providing one of vacuum molding and press molding. A sheet of thermoformable material which is heated to a temperature at which the material is moldable is provided and the thermoformable sheet is placed over split mold die and vacuum pressure applied or placed between male and female molds on a press mold and pressure is applied. The molded sheet is removed from the dies, and the two halves of the molded sheet are joined together to form a molded article.
PARTIAL DECORATION FORMING METHOD AND PARTIAL DECORATION FORMING APPARATUS
To reliably perform partial decoration forming by avoiding crush deformation of a hollow structure due to a change into a pressure-reduced state even in a case where part of the hollow structure is included in a partial decoration forming range of a formed plate material. A surrounding frame body (33) is brought into contact with an upper portion of a body to be coated to surround the decoration forming range, and the body to be coated is accommodated, and an upper space (A) in a sealed state and a lower space in a sealed state are formed. A surrounded space in a sealed state whose top and bottom are surrounded by a decorative film and the body to be coated in the decoration forming range is formed after the lower space and the upper space (A) in the sealed state are brought into a predetermined first pressure state where the pressures in the lower space and the upper space (A) are equal to each other. By instantaneously increasing the pressures in the lower space and the upper space (A) around the surrounded space from the pressure-reduced state to a second pressure state where the pressures are equal to each other while keeping the surrounded space at the first pressure state, partial decoration forming is performed on the decoration forming range in the surrounded space with the decorative film.
SEAL BAR AND HEAT SEALING APPARATUS
A technique for accurately detecting a temperature of a sealing surface which is not affected by sealing conditions or the like is provided. A seal bar (1) is a rod-shaped seal bar having a sealing surface (11a) and includes a heater (13) and a temperature sensor (14). The heater (13) is provided in a main body of the seal bar (1) and extends in an extending direction (D1) of the main body (11). The temperature sensor (14) is provided at a position between the sealing surface (11a) and the heater (13) in the main body (11) of the seal bar (1) and is inserted into the main body (11) of the seal bar (1) from an end surface (upper end surface (112) or the like) which intersects a long side of the sealing surface (11a).

A DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RECEPTACLES PROVIDED WITH DECORATIVE WRAP-AROUND LABELS BY THERMOFORMING
The device includes a mold block having at least one thermoforming chamber (28) having an inside surface (29), an axial opening (28A) through which a decorative wrap-around label (38) can be inserted into the chamber, and a moving end-wall (40) opposite from the opening. The end-wall is suitable for moving in an end segment (28A) of the chamber (28) between a positioning high level and at least one thermoforming low level, and the device has at least one tongue-and-groove set comprising a fin (42) on the end-wall (40) that is engaged in a notch (44) in the inside surface of the end segment (28B).
Container With Microwave Interactive Web
A container that includes a microwave interactive web at least partially overlying and joined to a three-dimensional support, wherein the three-dimensional support may be formed prior to having the microwave interactive web mounted thereto. The three-dimensional support may be a preformed container that is sufficiently rigid and dimensionally stable for use in containing food.

MATTE SHEET AND MATTE PRODUCT MADE THEREFROM
A matte sheet includes a substrate and a matte coating layer. The matte coating layer is formed on the substrate. The matte coating layer has an average thickness ranging from 2.5 m to 6 m and is made from a coating composition that includes a matting agent. The matte coating layer satisfies an inequality formula of 5<d.sub.50/Ra11. D.sub.50 stands for a particle size distribution of the matting agent and Ra stands for a roughness of the matte coating layer. The matte product made from the matte sheet is also provided.
