A hot stamping apparatus and a hot stamping method are for collectively decorating a plurality of decoration objects using a decorative sheet. In a hot stamping apparatus, an upper chamber and a lower chamber are partitioned by a partition sheet and pressing bodies, so that decorative sheet pieces can be used instead of a decorative sheet having a large area. Then, by using the decorative sheet pieces, local thermal deformation can be prevented. A usage amount of the decorative sheet can be reduced, and three-dimensional decoration can be implemented as needed on a portion requiring decoration.

A method for forming thermoplastic composites includes: (a). cutting a thermoplastic film and a cloth material, with the thermoplastic film including a surface layer and an adhesive layer, and with a melting point of the surface layer higher than the adhesive layer; (b). placing the thermoplastic film on a platform of a molding machine, facing the adhesive layer upwardly, and covering the cloth material on the thermoplastic film, with the platform including a plurality of channels defined therein, a plurality of concave and convex patterns arranged on a top surface thereof, and plural pores evenly formed on the top surface thereof and communicating with the plurality of channels; and (c). heating the thermoplastic film by using a heating unit to melt the adhesive layer and to soften the surface layer.

The present invention is directed to a modified polypropylene comprising from 0.3 to 2 long-chain branches per 1,000 carbon atoms, wherein said long-chain branch has more than 1,000 carbon atoms and 0 to 6% of ethene and/or alpha-olefinic comonomer having 3 to 18 carbon atoms. The polypropylene of the present invention is a homopolymer, a random copolymer, or a heterophasic copolymer. The present invention also relates to large, deep, complex and/or thick articles which are thermoformed from said polypropylene. Furthermore, the present invention relates to the process for thermoforming said modified polypropylene into large, deep, complex and/or thick articles. The present invention also relates to the use of the polypropylene to prepare large, deep, complex and/or thick articles.
