METHODS AND SYSTEM FOR HOMOGENEOUS DENTAL APPLIANCE
Methods and systems herein relate to receiving dentition data of a patient; processing the dentition data in a server to determine a vertical displacement and a forward mandibular position to enable the patient to breathe during sleep by opening the airway of the patient; and forming a homogeneous dental appliance via direct manufacture using the processed dentition data, the vertical displacement and the forward mandibular position, the dental appliance including a lower dental tray and an upper dental tray, the lower dental tray inclusive of a pair of vertical displacement bite pads with the vertical displacement and a first pair of button protrusions, the upper dental tray inclusive of a second pair of button protrusions, the first pair of button protrusions and the second pair of button protrusions providing the forward mandibular position when two elastic bands are attached to connect the upper dental tray and the lower dental tray.
VACUUM THERMOFORMING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DISPLAY DEVICE USING THE SAME
A vacuum thermoforming apparatus including: a molding machine on which a window base material is mounted; and a pressure supply machine coupled to the molding machine and configured to supply a pneumatic pressure toward the molding machine. The molding machine includes a mounting part having a curved surface-shaped mounting surface, and a coupling part having a structure for coupling with the pressure supply machine and a curved portion along the shape of the mounting part. The pressure supply machine includes: a cover part facing the mounting surface; and a side wall extending from the cover part to define an inner space in the pressure supply machine, the side wall having a curved upper surface so as to engage with the coupling part.

APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR SELECTIVE THERMOFORMING
Apparatus and methods of forming selected portions of integral sheets of material are disclosed. Unformed portions of the sheets may remain undistorted during the forming process, allowing them to contain text, art work, or other desired information without material risk of the information being degraded or becoming unintelligible during the forming process. This result may be accomplished, moreover, with less trim than usually occurs in conventional forming processes.

Pouch forming mold configuration, method and pouch
A mold configuration for forming a pocket in a film comprising: a film support surface; a perimeter edge at said film support surface; wall surfaces inward of the perimeter edge defining a mold cavity; the wall surfaces including transition wall surfaces extending to a bottom wall surface; and a plateau surface inward of the perimeter edge. In one form, the perimeter edge includes sharp corner profile perimeter edge portions defining at least one sharp corner profile. A method of forming a pouch, includes using the disclosed mold configuration. A resultant pouch has a perimeter seal seam having at least one sharp corner profile.
SURFACE PROTECTION METHOD AND SURFACE DECORATION METHOD FOR BODY TO BE COATED
[Problem] To suppress changes in the recess depth and shape of a three-dimensional molded shape, and to form a uniform protective layer or ornamental layer along the surface of the molded shape. Also, to provide uniform application to the entire irregularly-formed surface and to suppress air pockets and partial defects of bonding. [Solution] In an adherend W having a three-dimensional molded portion in which a plurality of concavities and/or convexities are molded in a regular arrangement, a thermoplastic coating film larger than the area of an adhesion region is integrally adhered by a three dimensional decorative molding procedure in a predetermined adhesion region that includes the three-dimensional molded portion. The predetermined adhesion region includes all of the three-dimensional molded portion and covers more than half the perimeter of the adherend W incenter cross-sectional view.
