Container and structure
A container capable of suppressing the unexpected opening of a pair of upper walls including a first side wall and a second side wall facing each other; a third side wall provided therebetween; a first upper wall and a second upper wall; and a locking member. The first side wall and the second side wall face each other. The first upper wall and the second upper wall are configured to be rotatable with respect to the first side wall and the second side wall, respectively. The locking member includes a fixed portion and an engagement portion, the fixed portion being fixed to the third side wall, the engagement portion being engaged with at least one of the first upper wall and the second upper wall to prevent the first upper wall and the second upper wall from opening.
Decorative film and method for producing decorative film-attached three dimensional molded product
To provide a decorative film whereby formation of wrinkles is suppressed when attached to a three dimensional molded product in a stretched state, and a method for producing a decorative film-attached three dimensional molded product. The decorative film of the present invention is a decorative film having at least a base film and a top layer containing a fluorinated polymer, the top layer being disposed on one surface, wherein the surface reflection intensity Wa at a wavelength of from 0.1 to 0.3 mm and the surface reflection intensity Wb at a wavelength of from 0.3 to 1.0 mm, of the top layer as measured by using a wave scan apparatus in such a state that the decorative film is stretched by 1.5 times, are both at most 30.0.
THREE DIMENSIONAL FABRICS WITH LINER STRIPS AND ASSEMBLY METHODS THEREFOR
3D fabrics have multiple layers including an outer dimensional layer of traditional fabric and a liner layer integrated with outer layer. The 3D fabrics have variable depth, typically ranging from between about 0.25 inches to about 2.0 inches. The 3D fabrics are produced from a molding process that creates the outer dimensional layer while adhering it to the liner layer. The 3D fabrics have unique visual properties which make them desirable for a variety of applications.

Bicycle saddle manufacturing method
A bicycle saddle manufacturing method includes the steps of expanding a foamable material to form the foamable material into a semi-finished saddle body, and performing a thermoforming process to form the semi-finished saddle body into a saddle in a forming mold. As a result, the bicycle saddle manufacturing method of the present invention can avoid waste of material and environmental pollution.
Device for thermoforming containers having translational mould blocks
A device for thermoforming containers, the device having mold blocks mounted to move in translation. An example embodiment may include at least first and second analogous mold blocks, a counter-mold, means for causing a thermoplastic material to advance along an advance axis, and two labeling blocks. The mold blocks can be moved in a first movement between a thermoforming level and a disengagement level. The mold blocks can also be moved in a second movement along an axis transverse to the advance axis so as to place each mold facing in succession the counter-mold and one of the labeling blocks.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR LAMINATING A FILM PART ON A CARRIER PART, METHOD FOR LAMINATING A CARRIER PART WITH A FILM PART, METHOD FOR RETROFITTING A TOOL AS WELL AS INSTALLATION FOR PRODUCING A COMPONENT LAMINATED WITH A FILM LAYER
The invention relates to an apparatus for laminating a film part, in particular a decorative layer, on a carrier part having a laminating region in which the film part can be laminated onto the carrier part, in particular onto a motor vehicle interior trim part, having an edge region arranged adjacent to this laminating region in which the film part projects beyond the carrier part in order to produce a bend-around region on the film part which can subsequently be bent around a carrier part edge, and having a tool in which the tool comprises a first tool half for producing a surface design on the film part and a second tool half for receiving the carrier part, wherein the first tool half comprises thermally differently acting sub-regions, namely a first sub-region with a contour for the surface design which interacts with the laminating region and a thermal sub-region which interacts with the edge region adjacent to the laminating region.

Resin sheet having hair-like bodies and molded article thereof
A resin sheet having hair-like bodies arranged regularly on at least one surface of a base layer containing a thermoplastic resin, the surface with the hair-like bodies having a coefficient of friction, as measured according to KES, of 0.5 or more and 1.0 or less, a deviation of the coefficient of friction, as measured by KES, of 0.010 or more and 0.025 or less, and a deviation of roughness, as measured by KES, of 0.2 or more and 1.5 or less.
Luggage room board
The present invention aims to provide a luggage room board that reliably produces a cushioning effect during opening and closing operations, whereby the impact is not applied during the opening and closing operations. The luggage room board 1 includes the luggage room board main body 2 made of resin and is configured to be opened and closed. For example, a tape-shaped cushioning material (non-woven fabric) is attached to the luggage room board main body 2 along two sides orthogonal to a rotation center line serving as the rotation center of the opening and closing operations. At one of ends 20a of a non-woven fabric 20, a concave portion 30 is provided on a surface of the luggage room board main body 2 to which the non-woven fabric is attached, and the end 20a of the non-woven fabric 20 is attached so as to enter the concave portion 30. The concave portion 30 is formed such that a depth gradually increases toward the end 20a of the non-woven fabric 20. The depth of the concave portion 30 at the end 20a of the non-woven fabric 20 is approximately same as the thickness of the non-woven fabric 20 or larger than the thickness of the non-woven fabric. The concave portion 30 is provided at the end of the non-woven fabric 20 on a side of the rotation center line.
