HOT STAMPING APPARATUS AND HOT STAMPING METHOD
A hot stamping apparatus and a hot stamping method are for collectively decorating a plurality of decoration objects using a decorative sheet. In a hot stamping apparatus, an upper chamber and a lower chamber are partitioned by a partition sheet and pressing bodies, so that decorative sheet pieces can be used instead of a decorative sheet having a large area. Then, by using the decorative sheet pieces, local thermal deformation can be prevented. A usage amount of the decorative sheet can be reduced, and three-dimensional decoration can be implemented as needed on a portion requiring decoration.
MACHINE AND METHOD FOR OBTAINING A CURVED SURFACE FOR A FILM STRUCTURE
A machine and method for obtaining a curved surface of a film structure that comprises a carrier layer and a functional film (212). The machine comprises an annular support member having a supporting face adapted for supporting the film structure, and an opening (10) that is covered by the film structure when said film structure is supported by the annular support member; a clamping system configured to clamp the annular support member and the film structure when supported by the annular support member; and a forming system configured to apply pressure, and preferably temperature, on the film structure so as to curve said film structure in or through the opening (10) of the annular support member. The opening (10) of the annular support member has a contour that is non-circular so that the obtained curvature of the functional film (212) corresponds to a target curvature.
Device and method for laminating a laminating foil element onto a component, device and method for applying adhesive, system for laminating, component to be laminated with a laminating foil element, and use of a deposit part for keeping ready a laminating foil element
The invention relates to a device for laminating a laminating foil element onto a component having a profiled lamination plane using a lamination tool, by means of which tool the laminating foil element is laminated onto the component, the lamination tool comprising a first tool half and a second tool half, and the device comprising a deflection arrangement for deflecting portions of the laminating foil element out of the profiled lamination plane.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND DISPLAY DEVICE MANUFACTURING METHOD
A display device includes a display panel including a main display surface and a first sub-display surface that protrudes from one side of the main display surface, an adhesive layer disposed below the display panel, and a thermoforming film disposed below the adhesive layer, and the first sub-display surface may include a first top surface and a first side surface that defines a predetermined angle with the first top surface.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A PANEL, A PANEL AND FURNITURE COMPRISING A PANEL
A method of manufacturing a furniture panel includes placing the frame on a top of a mold, the frame at an outer edge being formed with a protrusion; shaping the plastic blank sheet by vacuum forming such that the plastic blank sheet wraps the frame and the mold; demolding and trimming, so that the trimmed plastic blank sheet wraps the protrusion of the frame and the frame is embedded in the trimmed plastic blank sheet. The method is efficient, implementing the process of wrapping a frame within a plastic panel in a simple fashion, and the panel formed smooth in profile. The panel is resistant to deformation and has a prolonged service life.
STACKED WORKPIECE MOLDING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SAME
In a stacked workpiece molding method, a second mold 30 includes through-holes 32 that extend to be opened at a peripheral edge of a workpiece body 42, the through-holes 32 are connected to a first suction device 51 that sucks a sheet material 44, a first mold 20 includes suction holes 22 that extend to be opened at a portion that contacts the workpiece body 42, the suction holes 22 are connected to a second suction device 52 that sucks the workpiece body 42, and in a bonding step of bonding the sheet material 44 to the workpiece body 42, a suction force in the through-holes 32 by the first suction device 51 is set stronger than a suction force in the suction holes 22 by the second suction device 52.
Decorative siding panel, siding system and method of manufacture
The present disclosure relates generally to cladding for covering a building surface, for example suitable for covering the exterior surface of a building. The present disclosure relates more particularly to a siding panel including a panel body having a length, a width, a front face, and a rear face. The panel body further includes a first strip extending along the length of the panel body with a three dimensional surface texture. The three dimensional surface texture is a geometric pattern repeating along the front face of the panel body. The panel body includes a second strip extending along the length of the panel body adjacent to the first strip with a surface texture that is different than that of the first strip. The siding panel further includes a first lock, a second lock, and a fastening strip secured to the first lock.
THERMOFORMING DEVICE AND THERMOFORMING METHOD
A thermoforming device includes: a base configured to hold a substrate; a hot plate including a heating surface facing vertically downward; a sheet transport portion that supplies a sheet onto the heating surface of the hot plate; and a substrate supply portion configured to attach the substrate to the base and detach the substrate from the base, and to dispose the substrate at a substrate supply position positioned in a lower area of the sheet which is opposite to a side of the sheet in which the heating surface is provided. In the thermoforming device, heating of the sheet using the hot plate and attachment and detachment of the substrate with respect to the base are performable at the same time, and the sheet heated and softened by the hot plate is attached to the substrate at the substrate supply position.
Container with product visualization aperture
The present invention relates to a method for providing a product viewing window in a container. The container has at least a body ply and a liner ply, wherein the body ply has at least one aperture therethrough. The liner ply is adhered across the aperture, forming a window into the container. A window-finishing machine that comprises at least two platens and, optionally, a machine pocket positioned between them, a heating element extending through at least one of the platens, and a pressurized air device engages a container. The heating element heats the window of the container to the desired temperature, pressurized air is injected into the container such that the window is forced at least partially through the aperture of the container (and optionally into contact with the machine pocket wall), and the container window is then cooled to the desired temperature.
