Elasticized absorbent articles and methods of weakening elastic portions in elasticized absorbent articles
Elasticized absorbent articles containing weakened elasticized portions and methods of manufacture are disclosed. A method comprises applying a first amount of adhesive to a first portion of at least one of the first web of material and the elastic strand, applying a second amount of adhesive to a second portion of at least one of the first web of material and the elastic strand, covering the elastic strand with either the first surface of the first web of material or a first surface of a second web of material to form an elasticized web. The elasticized web comprises a heavy bonding region and a light bonding region, wherein the heavy bonding region comprises a greater area density of adhesive than the light bond region. Finally, the method may further comprise partially weakening the waist panel elastic strand at least at one location within the second region.
Method of making continuous folded and creased waistband and collar stand
A continuous stream of elements or parts of garments is formed by providing a continuous first substrate and optionally a continuous fusible substrate; positioning the continuous fusible substrate on the continuous first substrate to form a combination; fusing the combination to form a first fused combination; folding the first fused combination to form a folded fused combination; and then pressing the folded fused combination to form the continuous stream, wherein the continuous stream includes multiple individual elements or parts. The elements or parts may be collar stands or waistbands.

A continuous stream of elements or parts of garments is formed by providing a continuous first substrate and optionally a continuous fusible substrate; positioning the continuous fusible substrate on the continuous first substrate to form a combination; fusing the combination to form a first fused combination; folding the first fused combination to form a folded fused combination; and then pressing the folded fused combination to form the continuous stream, wherein the continuous stream includes multiple individual elements or parts. The elements or parts may be collar stands or waistbands.

The apparatus comprises means for advancing the inner portion (21) along a first path (231) extending passed the wall (253), and means for advancing the strip (50) along a second path (232) and causing the strip to encircle the wall (253) and thereby wrap about and surround the inner portion (21). The apparatus further comprises means (321) for introducing resinous binder into the reinforcement (37) as the strip (50) is being wrapped about the inner portion (21).

A holder for display content is described. The display holder includes a main section, a first side panel, and a second side panel. The main section provides a base, a back panel, and a front panel. The back panel protrudes from a back edge of the base. The front panel protrudes from a front edge of the. The first side panel is attached to a first edge of the main section and the second side panel is attached to a second edge of the main section. The main section, the first side panel, and the second side panel define a recess for receiving the display content. A plurality of dividers are provided that securely fit the width of the main section receiving the display content.

A method includes the step placing composite laminate material onto a three dimensional forming tool with an external surface and at least four junctures associated with the external surface. Each juncture is positioned between two adjacent planar surfaces in which each of the two adjacent surfaces extend in a different plane, the junctures converge and each juncture defines a line of direction. The three dimensional forming tool arranged in a two dimensional pattern, has the lines of direction and the two adjacent planar surfaces positioned on opposing sides of each of the at least four junctures are all positioned in a common plane. The line of direction of each of the at least four junctures in the two dimensional pattern converge to a common point. At least one line of direction is not in alignment beyond the common point with another line of direction. Tool apparatus is also provided.

For recyclability in a high value circular recycling material stream, a fluid-tight collapsible polyolefin container comprises a container body (5) formed of a container laminate (1) that is folded to a container-like body, sealed in the overlapping edge regions (2, 3) and coated with a sheathing (4) of polyolefin material to form the container body (5), said container body (5) being provided at one open end with a container head formed from polyolefin material. The container laminate (1) is a laminate having at least three layers, an inner polyolefin layer (6) and an outer polyolefin layer (8) and a barrier layer (7) sandwiched between the outer polyolefin layer (8) and the inner polyolefin layer (6), wherein the barrier layer (7) comprises at least one polyolefin comprising barrier foil like a monolayer foil (71) or a coextruded foil (72 with layers 72a, 72b) or a laminate thereof and wherein at least 90% of all polymers of the container are made of polyolefin of the same kind.
