Overlay for an electronic device
An apparatus including an overlay with a top side and a bottom side. The apparatus also can include an adhesive component with a top side and a bottom side. The top side of the adhesive component can be adhered to the bottom side of the overlay. The adhesive component can be configured to adhere the bottom side of the overlay to a screen of an electronic device in a single-use application of the overlay by adhering the bottom side of the adhesive component to the screen of the electronic device. The apparatus can be configured such that, when the overlay is removed from being adhered to the screen of the electronic device after the single-use application of the overlay, at least a portion of the adhesive component is detached from at least a portion of the overlay. Other embodiments are provided.
PORTABLE FILM APPLICATION APPARATUS
A portable film application apparatus includes a base, a positioning seat, a film holder, a conveyor and a film detaching device, wherein a positioning station and a film sticking station are provided on two sides of the base, respectively. The positioning seat is disposed at an end of the positioning station to lock the position of an electronic device. The film holder is disposed at an end of the film sticking station to lock the position of a film. The conveyor slides the positioning seat alternately between the positioning station and the film sticking station to match the electronic device with a membrane. The film detaching device is disposed at an end of the film sticking station to separate a release layer from the membrane.
APPLICATOR FOR APPLYING PROTECTIVE COVERINGS TO ELECTRONIC DEVICE DISPLAYS
An applicator is provided for applying protective films to electronic device displays. The applicator includes a base, a screen protector, and a squeegee. The base includes a pocket for receiving an electronic device. The screen protector is affixed to the base so as to overlie an electronic device. The screen protector preferably includes three layers including a protective film, cap sheet, and back liner. The squeegee is provided for removing the back liner and for simultaneously affixing the protective film to an electronic device.

The present invention discloses a packaging box of a covering film and a film applicator. By structural designs of the packaging box and the covering film, the packaging box is provided with an internal cavity matching an outer shape of an electronic device and the covering film includes a release film having an extension portion, enabling the packaging box to provide the covering film with storage, dustproof and shock-absorbing functions and to further serve as a film application auxiliary tool when a film application process is performed. Thus, a user is allowed to accurately, quickly and efficiently form a layer providing protection on a surface of the electronic device directly by using the packaging box.

SERVICE REINFORCEMENT SLEEVE AND METHOD OF USE
A service reinforcement sleeve is disclosed with a flange and a tubular section that can be used, with epoxy, to bind a service to a structural liner such as a cured-in-pipe structural liner. This sleeve has flexible tabs with lips (defined by cutouts) on the end of the tubular section opposite the flange. This sleeve can accommodate encrustation in the service, particularly when it is located away from the bottom of the service. A method of bonding a service and structural liner using this sleeve and epoxy is also disclosed that uses a metal brush or similar device to create a seat in the liner and abrade the lower portion of the service before insertion of the sleeve.

A device for installing a screen protector to an electronic device that includes a screen protector unit having a release film, a screen protector, and a protection film wherein the release film has a release tab, the protection film has at least one protection tab where the protection tab includes a hole formed therein; a tray having a panel, at least one alignment protrusion that fits the hole, a guide hole to allow external pressure to be applied onto the screen protector unit when the screen protector unit and the electronic device are received in the tray; and an adhesive strip, via the guide hole, further secures the screen protector unit to the tray. Also included is a method to using the device to install the screen protector to the screen of the electronic device.
