Methods and apparatus to form venting pathways in pressure sensitive adhesives for laminate stacks
Methods and apparatus to form venting pathways in pressure sensitive adhesives for laminate stacks are disclosed. An example method includes forming a laminate stack including a gas permeable nonwoven layer and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer, a surface of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer facing a surface of the gas permeable nonwoven layer, and processing the laminate stack such that a plurality of venting pathways are formed in the pressure sensitive adhesive layer to enable trapped gas to pass through the pressure sensitive adhesive layer.
Protective film, electronic device having same, and method for attaching protection film
An electronic device includes a flexible display module, a window on the flexible display module, and a protective base film on the window, and having a first modulus at a first temperature and a second modulus lower than the first modulus at a second temperature 80 C. higher than the first temperature, wherein the difference between the first modulus and the second modulus may be no greater than about 985 MPa.
Textile hose
Textile hose for encasing elongated objects, characterised by having a radially elastic outer layer made from wear-resistant material and at least one inner layer made from thermally insulating material.
Process for concentrically bonding tubes using a hot melt adhesive
A tube used or medical or other purposes is concentrically bonded to an inner lining tube by sequentially inserting a core within the inner lining tube, creating an adhesive layer on the outer surface of the inner lining tube, inserting the inner lining tube and core into the lumen of the outer tube, and then activating the adhesive to bond the inner tune to the outer tube before removing the core.
FLEXIBLE HEATED HOSE ASSEMBLY WITH PRINTED POSITIVE TEMPERATURE CO-EFFICIENT HEATER
A flexible heated hose assembly for an aircraft is provided. The flexible heated hose assembly including: an inner fluid tube enclosing a fluid passageway, the inner fluid tube having tubular shape; a first silicone liner located radially outward from the inner fluid tube; and a printed positive temperature co-efficient (PTC) heater located radially outward from the first silicone liner.
METHOD OF PRODUCING MOLDED PRODUCT, MOLDED PRODUCT AND RECTANGULAR WIRE
A method for producing a molded product in which the resin F is dispersed in the resin P, the method comprising: melting a composition comprising a polyimide-type thermoplastic resin P and a fluorine-type thermoplastic resin F having a glass transition temperature lower than that of the resin P, the composition having a difference Tg between a glass transition temperature Tgp of the resin P and a glass transition temperature Tgf of resin F of 75 to 175 C. at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the resin P or the melting point of resin F, whichever is higher, to obtain a molten product; and starting to cool the molten product at a cooling rate of 10 C./min or more to obtain a molded product.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF ONE TOUCH REGISTRATION OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL SCANS WITH AN AUGMENTED REALITY ENABLED MOBILE COMPUTING DEVICE
A system for using an augmented reality (AR) enabled mobile computing device for performing one-touch registration of three-dimensional (3D) scans of an environment is provided. The system includes one or more processors, a mobile computing device, and a 3D scanner being movable from a first position to a second position. The processors are responsive to executable instructions which cause the 3D scanner at the first and second positions to determine 3D coordinates of a first and second collection of points on object surfaces in the environment. In addition, the 3D scanner receives an estimated location of the mobile computing device from the mobile device in response to the 3D scanner being in contact with the mobile computing device at the first and second locations. A registration of the first collection of points and the second collection of points is based on the estimated locations of the mobile computing device.
FOAM ADHERING DEVICE
A foam adhering device includes an adhering head, a camera module, and a rotating assembly. The camera module is located below the adhering head and configured to capture a position of foam adhered to the adhering head. The rotating assembly is configured to drive the adhering head to adjust a position of the adhering head according to the position of the foam adhered to the adhering head captured by the camera module. The rotating assembly includes a motor and a transmission assembly. The motor is configured to drive the transmission assembly, and the transmission assembly is coupled to the adhering head and configured to accurately/precisely adjust a position of the adhering head.
Screen film applicator
A screen film applicator includes a seat, a positioning member, and a first mechanism, the latter two of which are disposed on the seat. The seat has a track and a positioning portion arranged beside the track. The positioning member is movable with respect to the positioning portion for clamping a communication device. The first mechanism includes a top fixing member disposed on the seat, a moving carriage movable along the track, a bottom fixing member synchronously movable with the moving carriage, and a roller movable with the moving carriage. The top and the bottom fixing members are configured to respectively fix a top releasing film and a bottom releasing film respectively adhered on two opposite sides of a soft screen film. When the moving carriage is moved away from the top fixing member, the roller can gradually press the soft screen film onto the communication device.
Edge strip
The invention relates to an edge strip, especially for panels of pieces of furniture, comprising a hot-melt layer which consists of at least one easy-flow polyolefin and the rheological behavior of which can be controlled by means of the melt flow rates of the polyolefins used in hot-melt layer. The invention further relates to a method for producing an edge strip of said type as well as to a panel for pieces of furniture that is connected to an edge strip of said type.
