Use of a Coating Agent Composition for Lining Containers
The invention relates to the use of a coating agent composition for lining containers as well as a method for cleaning a container that has a corresponding lining and in which at least one product has been stored and/or transported.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A DOUBLE-WALLED PIPE AND A DOUBLE-WALLED PIPE
The application relates to a method for producing a double-walled pipe (1) and a pipe (1) of this type, hating an outer pipe (3) which is press-fitted with an inner pipe (2) consisting of a corrosion-resistant alloy, wherein an adhesive (4) is inserted at least in regions between the outer pipe (3) and the inner pipe (2) wherein, after adhering the inner pipe (2) with the outer pipe (3), the inner pipe (2) and the adhesive layer (4) are removed at the pipe ends, and the inner side of the outer pipe (3) is plated via an integral connection with the inner pipe (2).
AIRCRAFT CABIN MOISTURE CONTROL USING MOISTURE WICKING HEAT SHRINK TUBING
A moisture wicking heat shrink sleeve for aircraft cabin moisture control incorporates a heat shrinkable tube of predetermined length receivable over a structural member. A moisture absorbing layer is adhered to a surface of the heat shrinkable tube with the heat shrinkable tube and adhered moisture absorbing layer configured for radial contraction from a first expanded condition to a second contracted condition upon application of heat.
Encapsulation system and kit for a length of pipe disposed underground
A kit for encapsulating a length of pipe features first and second foam sections cooperatively shaped to form a cavity with open ends in a working configuration of the foam sections for receiving the length of pipe therein. A low density foam, which is lower in density than the material of the foam sections, fills an unoccupied space in the cavity so as to provide cushioning for the length of pipe such that movement of the length of pipe within the cavity is permitted and stress on the length of pipe is reduced. The foam sections may be reinforced with reinforcing membranes carried in a main body of the respective foam section. The reinforcing membranes may act to hold the foam material of the respective section together and to prevent puncture along a full thickness of the foam sections from abrasive debris in the ground.
Heat Shrink Tubing
An embodiment of heat-shrinkable tubing capable of providing the strength characteristics of known heat-shrinkable tubing embodiments while maintaining a low peel force for easy removal from a shaft or other solid body during extrusion and expansion manufacturing.
SCREEN FILM APPLICATOR
A screen film applicator includes a seat, a positioning member, and a first mechanism, the latter two of which are disposed on the seat. The seat has a track and a positioning portion arranged beside the track. The positioning member is movable with respect to the positioning portion for clamping a communication device. The first mechanism includes a top fixing member disposed on the seat, a moving carriage movable along the track, a bottom fixing member synchronously movable with the moving carriage, and a roller movable with the moving carriage. The top and the bottom fixing members are configured to respectively fix a top releasing film and a bottom releasing film respectively adhered on two opposite sides of a soft screen film. When the moving carriage is moved away from the top fixing member, the roller can gradually press the soft screen film onto the communication device.
METHODS OF FORMING A DECORATIVE PANEL
A method of forming a decorative panel includes pressing a decorative layer in relation to a substrate. The decorative layer includes one or more decorative elements, such as one or more of coloration, text, graphics, or the like.
Method of covering a housing with a textile and related systems and devices
A method of applying a cover to a housing may include bonding a plurality of reinforcement elements to respective inside corners of a textile having an initial shape and disposing the plurality of reinforcement elements within respective recesses at corners of the housing to secure the textile to the housing. Various other apparatuses, systems, and methods are also disclosed.
Laminate water barrier
A laminate structure having a metal foil having a lower and an upper surface area, a first layer of a thermoplastic polymer laid onto and covering the lower surface of the layer of metal foil except for a longitudinal uncovered surface area of the layer of metal foil, and a second layer of thermoplastic polymer laid onto and covering the upper surface of the layer of metal foil except for a longitudinal uncovered surface area of the layer of metal foil, and wherein the laminate structure is wrapped around the cable core such that the first uncovered surface area of the metal foil faces the cable core and the second uncovered surface area of the metal foil faces away from the laminate structure, and the laminate structure is thermally joined by a heat treatment.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR APPLICATION OF THERMOSETTING TAPE ON SURFACES
There is provided a method for applying thermosetting tape on contoured resilient surfaces off an object which comprises biasing selected section(s) of the resilient member to minimize tape and object distortion. There is also provided a tape laying apparatus configured to enable the optimization of automatic tape application on resilient contoured surfaces and minimize tape and object distortion.
