COATING APPARATUS
A coating apparatus includes a support unit configured to support a film over a work to be coated. The support unit includes first support unit and second support unit which are arranged with a distance therebetween in a first direction so as to be positioned on both sides of the work. The first support unit includes a first lower member and a first upper member which vertically hold therebetween a first end of the film. The second support unit includes a second lower member and a second upper member which vertically hold therebetween a second end of the film. Each of the first lower member and the second lower member includes a support surface which extends in a second direction intersecting with the first direction while curving in an up-down direction, and is configured to support the film from below.
Gripper for a draping frame and for a device, draping frame, device and method for the forming of and/or covering using a film element, system for manufacturing a moulded part or a covered component, method for retro-fitting a device of this type, method for manufacturing a covered component
A gripper is disclosed for a draping frame having a gripper chassis and at least two opposing mutually movable gripper jaw elements for gripping a film element. The gripper jaw elements are provided on a gripper head part of the gripper. The gripper head part of the gripper is movably mounted, at least with one degree of freedom, relative to the gripper chassis.
Adhesively secured vacuum insulated panels for refrigerators
A method of making a cabinet for refrigerators and the like. The method includes forming a liner and a wrapper. The method further includes providing a vacuum insulated core that includes a filler material disposed inside a substantially impermeable envelope that is evacuated to form a vacuum inside of the envelope. The vacuum insulated core includes a first wall and a second wall extending transversely relative to the first wall. The core is adhesively secured to the wrapper, and the liner is adhesively secured to the core. The wrapper and the liner are sealed together at the peripheries thereof.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A COMPOSITE ELEMENT FOR VACUUM INSULATION ELEMENTS
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a composite element comprising a single- or multi-part core and an envelope which are in a force fit combination with each other, at least comprising providing a single- or multi-part core of an evacuable organic material; at least partly enveloping the core with an envelope to obtain a composite element precursor; and treating the composite element precursor for a period leading to an at least partial softening of the evacuable organic material and of the envelope surface apposing the core. The present invention further relates to composite elements obtained or obtainable by a method of the present invention and also to the method of using a composite element of the present invention as a vacuum insulation panel or as a thermal insulation material.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING A CUSHION MAT AND CUSHION MAT MANUFACTURED THEREWITH
A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a cushion mat and a cushion mat thus manufactured are disclosed. An apparatus for manufacturing a cushion mat may include: a lower mold that has a cavity formed in its upper surface and is configured to receive a first sheet and a inner filler sequentially, where the first sheet may be disposed such that a boundary of the first sheet is exposed at a periphery part of the cavity; an upper mold that is configured to heat-seal the first sheet and a second sheet onto both sides of the inner filler by mating with the lower mold while the second sheet is disposed between the upper mold and the inner filler; and air suction nozzles that are disposed at the periphery part of the cavity of the lower mold to remove residual air from between the second sheet and the inner filler.
A gripper for a draping frame having a gripper chassis and at least two opposing mutually movable gripper jaw elements for gripping a film element are disclosed. The gripper jaw elements are provided on a gripper head part of the gripper and the gripper head part of the gripper being movably mounted, at least with one degree of freedom, relative to the gripper chassis.
FILM PASTING DEVICE AND FILM PASTING METHOD
The disclosure discloses a film pasting device and a film pasting method. The film pasting device comprises a first cavity, a second cavity, a flexible film layer and an illumination module, the second cavity can interface with the first cavity, the second cavity has a bearing area, the bearing area is configured to bear a lenses and a functional film material being prepositioned; the flexible film layer is disposed at the open end of the first cavity, the flexible film layer is configured to deform under the action of external force and extrude the functional film material in the bearing space, so that the functional film material is attached to the lens; the illumination module is configured to irradiate the functional film material, so that the adhesive layer between the functional film material and the lens is cured, and the functional film material is adhered and fixed with the lens.
